Description

Emlenton Storage & Imports is located in the Pennsylvania system (Liberty), at 10k distance from Planet Erie.

Emlenton was built in 821 A.S. by Universal Shipping, Inc. Its main purpose is to boost Liberty's economy by assisting the hard workers of Pennsylvania, to act as a Import center for any of the varied needs of the Republic and its people. It also stands to be the Secondary base of operations for USI within the Pennsylvania System. USI's Department of Security plans on eradicating the rogue and hacker influence in this area.

There are future plans to expand "employment opportunities" in Pennsylvania by the construction of factory(s) to extend the storage of the base. Also a fledgling arms exchange has sprung up, instigated by USI security staff at an officers club meeting, to better serve the needs of the team. Finding itself with many items now surplus to requirements the service has been extended to the public.

Rumours have it that Emlenton accepts various commodities that come from some unlawful personnel in order for them to avoid customs. These rumours have been denied by the base's administrator.

Note: This base suffered an explosion due to a reactor leak and all goods and personnel were lost as a result.
