The KS-SHF series began as a corporate experiment to devise a vessel that could operate much the same as the KS-HF series, but with the optional addition of rotating crews to enable prolonged operational capacity in the field.

The designers, however, given free reign with expanding the size and capabilities of the already hardy craft opted to install the latest in power plant and survival technology. With dual a overall power capacity inline with military grade bombers, vast ultra clean storerooms of shield batteries and hull repair nanobots this series of vessels along with greatly enhanced internal space for both crew comfort and cargo storage alike this vessel is the ultimate in deep reconnaissance for civilian mining ventures in both pacified and hostile territory.

This ship is equipped with the basic tools required to glean an additional yeild, when coupled with specially tuned mining equipment, from mineral and gemstone deposits.

Review Is ship is one of the most defensive fighters you will find in Sirius. It can act as a bomber, a freighter, and a fighter in one package. Strong transport grade hulls, able to be outfitted with a class 6 freighter shield, a Torpedo/Cruise Disruptor, 5 class 5 turrets, and 2 class 10 forward guns, the Mafic is one of thee choices of ships for exploring the galaxy with the greatest defensive capability. Most think of the Mafic as a mining ship, when it reality, the fighter can do a great deal of damage to it's foes. being one of the few fighters capable of doing combat with a freighter shield to protect it, devastation awaits those who challenge this ship with a ace at the stick.
