Freistadt is a main harbour for a lot of Pirates, especially the Hessians use it. That was the resaon for Rheinland to sent one of their battleships to the Rheinland-Border-World Omega 7 for keeping an eye on the IMG base. IMG was not happy about this battleship, but they was not able to convince the Rheinland government to put it away. So the Schwerin is now look, that traders can pass the Border World on their way to Bretonia more safer and the the smuggling around Freistand dies out.
