When the fire is thick and flack and fallout rip the competition apart, the Barracuda still fights. Because of its strength and survivability in open combat as well as its stealthy, manoeuvrable handling, this ship distinguishes itself as the best friend of the modern Bounty Hunter. This coupled with the tricked out power array makes it an easy choice.

If you are new in town, never go out without this six-shooter. It's cheap, reliable, solid, agile... It is good to make first contract money, just take 50.000,00 credits missions and don't worry. Or more... Worry on 100.000,00 credits. Soon you will have your first million for more powerful baby. But, first million is the funniest one, so I can tell the same about Barracuda. Power output is good, recharges fast, so there is no class 5 weapon strong enough to drain it out in 10 seconds. Most perfect kills are done in 10 seconds. Hull is strong, but if enemy depeltes your shilds too often - it's time to run. And Barracuda is good in that (the part about running) as well. With 45 units of cargo, salvaged goods and pilots shouldn't be wasted. But main asset is fighter torpedo bay. Do not spare weapon bays for missiles, use TORPEDO instead. Try it on other heavy fighters, it's fun. Wich one? Sunslayer costs like whole Barracuda, but it looks so nice when you actually hit something. It is not easy, but soon you will learn how to pick the right moment to fire torpedo with no missing. And try not to blow your self out. Did I mention Barracuda is agile? Really good choice for your first ship.Error creating thumbnail: Unable to save thumbnail to destination Review by Pepe |
