If you are new in town, never go out without this six-shooter. It's cheap, reliable, solid, agile... It is good to make first contract money, just take 50.000,00 credits missions and don't warry. Or more... Soon you will have your first million for more powerful baby. But, first million is the funniest one, so I can tell you the same for Barracuda.

Power output is good, recharges fast, so there is no class 5 weapon strong enough to drain it out in 10 seconds. Most perfect kills are done in 10 seconds. Hull is strong, but if enemy depeltes your shilds too often - it's time to run. And Barracuda can do that as well. You can even do some trade, with 45 units of cargo.

When the fire is thick and flack and fallout rip the competition apart, the Barracuda still fights. This coupled with the tricked out power array makes it an easy choice.

Handling

But main asset is fighter torpedo bay. Do not spare weapon bays for missiles, use TORPEDO instead. Try it, it's fun. Wich one? Your favorite ammo based, of course. Sunslayer costs like whole Barracuda, but it is so nice when you actually hit something. It is not easy, but soon you will learn how to pick the right moment to fire it with no missing.

Did I mention Barracuda is agile? Well, I did. But it is very important!
