Georgia Brown is the newest member of The Phantoms. After fleeing her life of abuse and petty crime in Bretonia, with the help of a family friend, she managed to obtain a half decent ship and take to the skies of Sirius. After a couple of years as a wandering Freelancer, she caught the eye of Black Rose, who then went on to mentor and lead her along the path of the iniciate.

Background

Georgia is naive, girly, and ... cute? She often comes accross as simple and childish, but ultimatly hides her understanding and intelligence well.

Georgia displays aggressive, dangerous behavior when threatened or challenged. This behavior makes her a formidable opponent in hand-to-hand combat, aswell as in a space-based duel.

Most of her past is shady, but she still wears her happy face every day, and makes sure to paint reguarly. She has a relitively skilled hand with a brush and likes painting animals the most, animals with top hats and monocles amuse her greatly.

More recently she has been recruited into The Phantoms, after impressing Black Rose. Rose was also responsible for her initiation and guiding her on the right path, acting very much like a mentor to Georgia.

Early Life

Georgia was treated poorly by her carers.

Georgia was born on an Armored Transport in Colorado, originally bound for Planet Manhattan, her mother Lucy Brown went into labour early and was forced to give birth on the journey. The tranport was attacked by Xenos and badly damaged during the duration of her birth, her father, Arthur Mckay, died with his wingmen defending his wife and the crew of the transport.

Georgia's parents were Bretonian by nationality, and her grandfather was present at the birth. She was under his watchful eye at all times, he was her true guardian.

Her mother disappeared in the early years of her life, so she was left in the care of George and Mary Brown, her aunt and uncle. Her life was unpleasant in their company as they long desired to have a child of their own, a son.
Upon the birth of her brother in 799A.S. she was always shadowed by the favouritism he was given, so on her eighteenth birthday, she ran away to join a small criminal gang operating in New London using money she has inherited from her deseased father to survive in the violent underworld.

Eventually she found herself in a spot of trouble, and was forced to contact her grandfather, who had cared for her and found her care as a baby. Being in the Niobium business, he was wealthy enough to cover her criminal past and fund her new found desire to travel.

Being Free

The Karasu, GMG Heavy Fighter, Georgia's signature ship.

Georgia was always an ambitious, dreamy child, her wild imagination allowing her mind to wander. She desired to explore, to be free. With the money her grandfather sent her, she was able to purchase a ship on the market, a Karasu was her choice, and she grew a rare fondness for the ship.

She taught herself to better fly her ship, through training in the desolate system of Connecticut. There she tested her skill for hours on end against aggressive space rocks and ship wrecks. In time, Georgia tested her abilty on lone ships of her class, never too aggressivly though, so much that she'd go pretty much unnoticed.

She spent many months travelling through house space, as well as the border and edge worlds, meeting all sorts of people from many different backgrounds. She caused havoc and helped house police deal with disputes. Georgia felt this was her true calling, until she met Rosey and Harly.

A New Calling

In a glint of luck and chance, she drifted through Cortez and picked up the signals of Phantoms Harlequin and Black Rose. She had read their names on the bounty board, and greatly admired them.

She opened conversation with them and met up with them outside Montezuma Base in person. The two were rather playful and threatening at first, but offered a meeting at Buffalo Base, New York.

Georgia accepted.

Meeting with Rose on Buffalo

With a quick bribe to the Rogues, she gained docking rights at Buffalo Base, if only for a brief period of time.

Inside, she made her way to the bar, showing aggressive behaviour to a patron in self-defence, before sitting down with Black Rose of the Phantoms. Rose displayed a fondness for the young bretonian, and tried to encourage her violent tendencies to surface.

Georgia greatly admired Rose's character and 'heroism', an particuarly the way she felt safe within Rose's aura of fear.

She quickly learns that fear is The Phantoms greatest tool for the most part.

Georgia was handed a blade and told to kill a man, right after showing him true fear. She accepted the task uneasily, but worked up the courage enough to severely injure him, while inflicting and equal or greater amount of terror.

Rose was impressed and amused with the young girls spirit and unique flare, and told her to meet again, at Ainu Depot, Hokkaido.

Happenings in Hokkaido

Georgia met with Rose on Ainu Depot, but Rose didn't intend to stay for drinks or 'theory education'. Rose led the confused girl to the docking bays and explained her plan for a more practial test.

Rose plotted Georgia's Karasu on a dangerous route to the New Tokyo Jumpgate in Hokkaido, through a dense and dangerous pocket of gas. Georgia obeyed and undocked from Ainu, following the waypoints set for her.

In an act of faith she risked her life in the volatile gases, and used the damage and prime acting skills to fake injuries and gain access to a rich [IND] Kusari Yacht.

On board, she ruthlessly slaughtered the entire crew, including the rich influential Preston Kennedy.

The gruesome methods in which she butchered the crew, cosidering her size and combat experience, impressed Rose enough to convince her that Georgia was a perfect servant for The Phantoms.

Becoming Luxuria

Georgia named her ship Arthur upon landing on Malta.

Upon reviewing her display on the [IND]Calyx, she combined the word 'Luxury', referring to the ships luxury design, and came up with "Luxuria" as her new alias.

It was then that she began her 'enlightenment' and fully joined the ranks of The Notorious Phantoms.

She became a new person, with shreds of her old personality shining through, Luxuria became another horrific tool to her unseen masters.

After her enlightenment, she departed the Temple of the Revenant and payed a quick visit to Planet Malta. Upon landing she decided her ship needed a name, so she dubbed it Arthur.

Arthur was her eternal companion, her most beloved object and friend in the world, rivalling the affection of Rose.

Upon completing her 'enlightenment' she took on a whole shocking new image:

A normal Phantom would have worn a large, bulky suit of power armour, but Luxuria was a young, small-framed girl in her early twenties, she wore a more unique variation.

Her arms and legs lightly padded with plates of the standard power-armour, in all the critical spots. Besides the arm and leg plates, she wore a rather casual black dress, passing just over her knees, the hem stopping where the plates began.

The chest peice of the dress was like the cuirass of the original power armour, but with the bottom of the dress, aswell as the fluffy shoulders, sewn into it to form one armoured dress item.

Her armplates, as well as leg plates were decorated with dozens of knives, all in neat rows, ready to be throw or forcibly stabbed into her foes.

She also wore an elegant mask, the face of which concealed hers, a horrific symbol of the dread and fear she was capable of inflicing on her foes.

The young Phantom removed her mask to reveal, not horror or anguish, but a beautiful young, bretonian complexion. Her eyes were hauntingly beautiful, their deep ocean blue hiding her desire to kill. She had a petit little nose and young, delicate lips.

Her long flowing brown hair bounced off her shoulders lightly, displaying shocking contrast, how such horror could reside in such a sweet young girl.
