- 2. Can attack corporations affiliated with houses at war with Kusari.
- 3. Can actively hunt Golden Chrysanthemum and Blood Dragon players.
- 4. Cannot ally with any unlawfuls except for Hogosha, Farmer's Alliance, and Gaian players.
- 5. Cannot engage in piracy except against Samura players.
