Valentina Marie von Thielau is is the youngest member of the Krüger board of directors. She is the daughter of Jürgen and Heide. Valentina studied Bundeswirtschaftslehre and Führungswissenschaften für Fachangestellte in öffentlichen Betrieben on the Neu Berlin Unicampus and soon became a member of Krüger Mineralien. She is the current director of the ore group since her appointment to join the board in 826 A.S.

Background

Valentina was born on Planet Stuttgart into a noble family, the von Thielaus. Her father, Jürgen von Thielau, was Rheinland Agent and her mother, Emily von Thielau, a Polizei Kommissarin. Valentina got to know the history of her family early and learned about many ancestors being warriors to the Vaterland. She honors her family and especially their duty in the Rheinwehr, the Nachrichtendienst and the Polizei, although she decided early to not enlist in any fighting action, she would leave the fighting to the other family members. At the age of 18, Valentina chose to study BWL with her brother, Siegfried von Thielau und Ehrenberg, who later joined Daumann. They studied the Bundeswirtschaftslehre and wrote a Doktorarbeit each. The siblings graduated successfully.

Amongst a few other selected students, they were privileged to join a new program of the Universität, the Studium der Führungswissenschaften für Fachangestellte in öffentlichen Betrieben. This new study to train leading abilities for later purposes was a harsh one, but nothing Valentina and her brother could not manage. The von Thielaus graduated three years later, the winter in 825 A.S..

After the Studium, Valentina took a small break to revive all her knowledge and relax some days, while looking for a suiting company to join. The Krüger Mineralien seemed to be the most fitting company, as she was always interested in Geology. The extracting of minerals and working with minerals is something Valentina is really interested in. The most important reason for Valentina to join a big company is the desire to work for the Vaterland and do her part for a better Rheinland.
