A few weeks after Elise departed and Nevaeh and her went their separate ways for whatever reasons, Nevaeh went on a small journey away from [[Ainu]], to one of the populated Tau mining systems. There, for the first time, she encountered what she once believed to be a fairly exaggerated tale of life other than humans. Of course, she believed it to some extent, but she didn't understand that they were quite literally (in the way she'd describe it) their ship. The [[nomad]] vessel had no pilot of any sort, nor any clear way to enter. Thus came her conclusion that the stories were not exaggerated, but instead were quite accurate. This of course frightened her, almost made her want to run. But, she felt something enticing from them, almost somniferous; she was at ease moments after their arrival. Shortly after the group appeared, a large one, one that can be only described as "the mother ship" jumped into the system. Seconds later, a platoon of fighters uncloaked next to the ship.

Shortly after the group appeared, a large one, one that can be only described as "the mother ship" jumped into the system. Seconds later, a platoon of fighters uncloaked next to the ship.

After the ship arrived, there was utter silence. Right up until the [[IMG]] decided they were a threat and engaged them. After about three or four bombers and two of their "best" fighters were swatted out of the system like a fly to a swatter the others backed off, and the [[nomads]] returned to their previous position guarding the mother ship. They sat their silently. Clearly observing everyone, and everything. They swarmed the mother ship, and huddled closely together as if to keep warm. But at a moments notice, they scrambled and vanished into nothingness. The mother ship would remain idle. Clearly unchanged and unaffected by the loss of her fighters. But in all reality, it was a simple test. To see what the humans would do. As it would seem, they passed. The fighters and bombers uncloak to be seen in what appears to be exactly the same positions they were in previously, if they were in the same order, none can say. It's like they never even left. The beings seem to know no fear, even with the [[Kusari]] battleships entering the system. It seems the [[nomads]] knew why they arrived. The [[Kusari]] patrols simply asked the [[nomads]] to leave. They responded with a voice so loud, but yet.. so silent. So clear as if we were no more than five meters from them. But no comms were activated. No radio signals were detected coming from the [[nomad]] vessels. It's as if they spoke directly to us. Changed our thoughts to match their words, to hear a voice like no other. After they silenced, once again the comms were dead. No one dared to speak. The [[Kusari]] ships accepted their denial, and returned to their posts. Clearly they were outmatched. This of course, was not comforting for anyone in the situation.

Shortly after the patrols left the area, radios started to blare with frightened people. You saw the human ships begin to flee in terror. Some remained though, Nevaeh's being among them. Her Marauder being the closest of them all. Without knowing she cut her engines before fully decelerating, thus drifting towards them. Normally, she would've noticed something as simple as this, but with the circumstances she completely ignored it. Her mind, nigh within a trance, even after noticing her drift she allowed it to continue. Right up until she was upon them. Then the [[nomad]] fighters spaced out to let Nevaeh approach the mother ship. She started to lose the sense of security she once had, and a flash of panic went through her. The mother ship clearly noticed this, but it'd seem this was not her intention. The mother ship spoke to Nevaeh, a voice that felt so familiar, yet she couldn't put a name or a face to it. The voice, it spoke only to her. Her ship began to shut down, and she fell asleep. Waking up moments later----

The Golden Chrysanthemums

Nev, or Nevaeh is a young white woman born on Planet Erie. She's always been a soft hearted girl, despite her.. rather tough life. Back on Planet Erie her mother, Rebecca Morgan, did her absolute best to give Nevaeh everything she wanted. But being, well, simply put she was quite poor, and it was hard for that to actually happen. Her father, Andrew Morgan, was never really there for Nev, and when he was he betrayed her trust. She's grown strong because of all the bullshit she's been through in her life though. It's made her who she is today, and allows her to understand the pain that others feel/have felt. Nevaeh and Andrew no longer speak for various reasons; Rebecca and Nev still keep in contact though. But lately it seems that's come to a stand still for reasons unknown. Her mother, worked as a bartender at a station nearby Planet Erie, at of course minimum wage. Nevaeh used to sit and watch as her mother would come home sobbing, by this point she knew why she was so upset; Rebecca couldn't make enough money to support her family. She used to go out very late at night, and within an hour or so she'd bring home some man that Nev had never seen. As this continued to happen, it just became.. well, a routine. Her father worked for Interspace Commerce he actually made a decent amount of money, as far as Nevaeh understood. He's flown various vessels, and it's believed he's currently flying a holiday Renzu liner. But much more on that is unknown.

She lived in a place that could of been considered the "ghetto," and despite how she didn't admit it, she loathed it. It was a small broken down brown building. As Nevaeh remembered it, the wallpaper was torn, and peeling off in many places. The house leaked, and smelled of booze and sex. When Nev was younger, she didn't understand, which was for the better of course.. but she does now, she fully understands now. Her bedroom was an old attic fitted with carpet, and insulation. It had one small window, just out of eye level. She later put her bed infront of it so she could stand on it to look outside. Often times, her room was very cold. The insulation that her father installed was put in very half ass, and since Nev doesn't know anything about carpentry she couldn't fix it herself. Despite how easy it would of been to do so. She always slept with her two favorite stuffed animals, a small plush teddy bear named Katie, and a bigger cow stuff animal named Marco. They gave her that sense of security she craves, but doesn't ever really show.

Years down the road, roughly 19 years in age she met up with two lovely girls who seemed to instantly love Nevaeh. She's never experienced this before, despite her kind attitude and unending love. People always seemed to shrug her off, as just some random girl. This of course devastated her, but she's put all her effort into forgiving everyone that's done her wrong. Those two lovely girls went by the names Mana, and Minori. They both seemed to be in their early twenties. Mana and Minori were envied by Nevaeh, they had their own fighters. Minori flew an Orchid, while Mana flew a Blossom. Nevaeh couldn't find it in herself to stay away from these two women, for she's grown quite attached to them. They taught Nev many things that her parents couldn't/wouldn't teach. Eventually they managed to "find" a Starflier for Nevaeh, and taught her how to fly it. Nevaeh seemed to pick up the basics pretty easy, dodging, cruising, rolling, and other various maneuvers.

A year or so later, Nevaeh has become their equals flight wise. Mana and Minori rewarded her great efforts with a Blossom of her very own. Shortly after Nevaeh received the ignition codes, and the vessel's key Mana and Minori asked Nevaeh to accompany them out of Liberty to a location in Kusari. Nevaeh quickly agrees, because she's bonded with these two girls more than she has with anyone in her life. The twenty year old Nevaeh flew with them in formation, with her very own Blossom. The three girls encountered minimal danger along the way, but it seemed the two girls had a bit of problem with the law. Nevaeh wasn't sure why this was, for they haven't told her much about their past lives. Then again, Nevaeh, being.. well.. Nevaeh didn't dig too much into their personal lives. Despite how close they've gotten. She simply figured if they wanted to tell her something, they would. She soon learned they'd tell her something that she'd never expected, something that changed Nevaeh's life forever.

Mana and Minori brought Nevaeh to a system in Kusari called Hokkaido. The three of them flew away from the lanes, farther into what Nevaeh considered "uncharted" space as she's ever gone before. After a long flight, they arrive at a station called Ainu Depot. Nevaeh was asked to remain outside the station for a short while while the two girls got things sorted out. After roughly one hour, they come back out to greet Nevaeh. No surprise after the long wait, Nevaeh is asleep in her vessel. Minori politely wakes Nevaeh, and explained why she was brought to Ainu Depot. Minori seemed appreciative to explain, so Mana stepped in, and broke the news to Nevaeh. Mana and Minori are both Golden Chrysanthemums. For some reason, Nevaeh wasn't so surprised, at least not as surprised as the GC girls expected her to be.

Nevaeh and the GC girls began to fly daily, and even causing some problems with the KNF. Though Nev isn't big on violence, she always stood her ground with her loved ones (including Mana and Minori), and stuck it out to the end. On one fateful flight, Mana's thrusters exploded into flames, while being chased by a large KNF gunship. Minori quickly cut her engines, and Nevaeh did so as well. They flipped around to return to Mana, and give her as much cover fire as the two of them could. As the gunship approached two other KNF fighters appeared, seemingly out of nowhere. The fight was long, and unbearable.. but it did come to an end. The gunship got a clean shot into Minori's cockpit, and the laser clean through her chest. Killing her almost instantly. Nevaeh didn't realize what had happened at this point, and continued to fight. Mana certainly noticed though, she quickly tried to maneuver her ship over to Minori's to see if she was all right.. Mana saw her fate. After the long pause that seemed like forever, Mana screamed at the top of her lungs, as one of the KNF fighters shot into her ship's engine core. There was no turning back now, Mana's ship was going to explode. She had just moments to pass a message onto Nevaeh, and ordered for her to follow them to the dot. She said, as calmly as she could, "Nevaeh.. I'm sorry we had to say goodbye like this.. you know that I would of done anything to see you truely become one of us.. *Message cuts out* y-u-- ---- -- ----- -------. Nevaeh, we love you. Please, go to Ainu Depot.. everything has already ---- arranged.. D--- wai- for --. Run." very shortly after this message was sent Mana's ship exploded into a fiery ball, and shrapnel exploded from the ship. Nevaeh screamed for them, and she began to sob uncontrollably. She couldn't run.

Nevaeh skipped her chance to flee the battle, and charged head first alone against a gunship, and multiple fighters. Her blossom built to GC standards, with reinforced armor plating was built for combat. As she charged tward what seemed like certain doom she saw a friendly face in the distance.. it appeared to be an outcast vessel, with a CL call sign. A man appears on the comms "This is captain Orsini, I heard you could use some help? Mind if I crash the party?" the man calmly says. Nevaeh is ecstatic and tries to reply, but once again, her comms are failing. So she flies close to the Outcast vessel and gives him a big thumbs up.. Nevaeh has never been this angry before. Rage was flowing through her, and there was a fire in her eyes. Nevaeh and the Outcast Luke Orsini give the KNF hell. Nevaeh dive bombs the gunship, aiming directly at their cockpit while Captain Orsini aims for their engines. Orsini quickly was able to destroy the engines entirely, and Nevaeh had a clear shot at a weak spot she's created in the cockpit. She takes it, securing the kill. By this point, she's not even angry anymore. She's scared. She's never once taken a life before, until this very moment in her life. After handling the gunship, the outcast was easily able to take out the few remaining fighters that didn't scatter after the explosion of their flagship. Nevaeh runs. She heads to the only place she can really call a home now... she runs to Ainu Depot.

Her New Life

After arriving at Ainu Nevaeh quickly explained to the girls what had happened. They were stunned, lost of words, but they knew one thing... Nevaeh didn't let them down. She gave it her all to save those two girl's lives, even though she failed, she never once gave up hope. Mana told Nev that everything had already been... "arranged," and she was certainly right. After Nevaeh explained everything to the girls they requested for her to follow them, and she did. Nevaeh was led to a small room in the residential quarters of Ainu to a small room. The room had a single window, one bed, a small bathroom, and a few other basic items. The room was two doors down, on the opposite side of the hallway from where the kids stayed. The kids were anywhere from newborns to 8-10 year olds. There is exactly 5 kids, male and female. These kids were here, because they had nowhere else to go. Maybe their parents died in combat, or they were simply abandoned. The girls knew that these kids needed someone to help them, and so they took that role. A few months pass by, and Nevaeh basically becomes the mother of all these children.

As she explored Kusari space, she met many new people. People she liked, and people she wasn't so sure about. Nevaeh met a young woman named Elise. Nev had no idea how far their friendship would go when they first met. But even a few months into their friendship the two of them were as close as sisters. Elise seemed to always feel the need to protect Nevaeh, and she appreciated this. Being as shy as Nevaeh is, it's really hard to ask for help. But when someone is just.. just always there to help, it really makes a world of difference to her. As it would anyone. Nevaeh wouldn't admit to anyone, but she knows that Elise is a little bit of a bad example for her. Nev and Elise go out pirating, almost every time they see each other. Either that, or they're drinking in a bar. One of the times Elise and Nevaeh went to the bar, (This was Nevaeh's first time actually drinking in a bar.) Nevaeh got very out of control. To the point where both of their lives were in danger. Nevaeh, being such a light weight drank one 'alcoholic beverage' and was wasted. Nev, being completely out of control, went deep into one of the many radioactive asteroid fields and got both of them lost. But with Elise's clever guidance, they were able to make it safely out and back to Ainu.

Light

A few weeks after Elise departed and Nevaeh and her went their separate ways for whatever reasons, Nevaeh went on a small journey away from Ainu, to one of the populated Tau mining systems. There, for the first time, she encountered what she once believed to be a fairly exaggerated tale of life other than humans. Of course, she believed it to some extent, but she didn't understand that they were quite literally (in the way she'd describe it) their ship. The nomad vessel had no pilot of any sort, nor any clear way to enter.

After the ship arrived, there was utter silence. Right up until the IMG decided they were a threat and engaged them. After about three or four bombers and two of their "best" fighters were swatted out of the system like a fly to a swatter the others backed off, and the nomads returned to their previous position guarding the mother ship. They sat there silently. Clearly observing everyone, and everything. They swarmed the mother ship, and huddled closely together as if to keep warm. Long welcomed return

After a long, well deserved rest from all her space adventures, she finally grabbed the throttle again and took off in her dusty Marauder. Almost directly after undocking she met up with a bold Dragon who taught her more about who they were, information she was prior blind to so it'd appear. He took her across a few systems explaining something she once knew, but with this time away had since forgotten. He spoke of a better Kusari, a better place for everyone. Nevaeh was so self absorbed in her own life it resulted in her forgetting her duties. Forgetting who she was. Though, even with that being true there are some things she couldn't forget even if she tried. The adventure did end up bad though the Dragon knows. Though, even with that being true there are some things she couldn't forget even if she tried. The adventure did end up bad though as the Dragon knows. They encountered a Liberty controlled Renzu liner one holding a docking module, a cloak, and a fairly reinforced hull. The Dragon asked the liner to leave Kusari space, and stated that no one on borad the vessel would be harmed. The Captain denied, and was clearly mad. He insisted that we were to engage in battle, as he's retreating into a base trying to get them to allow the ship's docking. This failed, and he returned to his cowardly threats. This resulted in a battle after multiple warnings. Nevaeh and the Dragon were having no issue engaging this Renzu up until a weaselly Kusari patrol appeared. Said patrol took Nevaeh into their sites and instantly began shooting their cannons at her. She stood no chance at the point blank range they were at after appearing out of cloak. The liner took advantage of this moment and assisted them. Her vessel was blown to bits, but thanks entirely to the ship's emergency systems she was ejected into a pod, and the Dragon managed to bring her back to Ainu after dealing with the transport.
