Pilot carrying this lawful ID is an employee of Orbital Spa and Cruise who:
- Can attack any ship in self-defence, to protect an allied or neutral lawful ship, or in defence of a base of the same affiliation.
- Can attack Gaians anywhere.
- Cannot ally with any unlawfuls.
- Cannot participate in unlawful actions except as described above.
Allowed ships: Fighters, Freighters, Transports, Gunboats.
