As the former Freeport XXI was destroyed. Richard Cole was sad within his heart. As his wife Moniek Cole and child Ryan Cole could escape with a small ship while it was destroyed. This was a big relieve within his heart. As time passed and Moniek and Richard himself wanted to make a home again. A safe place for their Family and friends. It would be a place outside Baffin where they could feel at home and try to Bless the people who are passing by. Maybe even show them the light of Eris. So after the negotiations with Commander Matok (Administrator of Freeport 6) The building was commenced.
This base would serve for all who is friendly to Zoners to be a safe docking place. We uphold the Zoner laws and if we see one violating the Zoner rules, we have to take care of it. As we are in a neutral zone, wich has to be neutral for ALL at ALL times.
This base is property of Richard Cole and his family. As he is a member of Temporary Autonomous Zoners. But this base is not a Temporary Autonomous Zoners base. We are free in believes and guidence of Eris to create such things for the greater good.
