Pilot carrying this ID is employed by Samura Industries, who :

• Can trade and escort traders
• Can lawfully transport alien organisms
• Can hunt pirates and terrorists within Kusari, or within systems where Samura has a base, or in self-defense, or to protect another trader.
• Cannot ally with any unlawfuls except with the Hogosha, Farmers Alliance or Gaians
• Cannot participate in any unlawful actions except against Bretonian lawful factions
• Cannot fulfill bounty contracts
• Cannot use any Liners except the Kusari Liner

Allowed ships: Fighters, Bombers, Freighters, Transports, Kusari Liner

Carrying unmounted IDs in your ship, as well as not equipping an ID, is a serious crime. Transporting alien organisms is not sanctionable if your ID does not say you can lawfully do so. It just means that there may be in-character consequences if you are not lawfully allowed.
