We began our patrol in New Berlin orbits, conducting routine transit inspections. We stopped and searched USI Arizona, carrying no cargo. Their flight plan being in order, they were sent on their way. During this stop, a Zoner transport named TheApothecary arrived on scene. Ordering it to cut its engines, we conducted a cargo inspection. Finding a large shipment of criminals, I charged him in accordance with legal code §3.1.1. Initially, he was ordered to drop his cargo; after it became apparent no Bundespolizei or Rheinwehr transport was available to pick them up, the captain - one George Martinez - was ordered to land on New Berlin and deposit his cargo. He was also fined 250,000 SC in accordance with legal code §3.1.3. A follow up inspection confirmed his compliance.

Following this, we continued our patrol along the trade lanes via Wildau toward Brandenburg Base. There we encountered a freelancer by the name of Jr. Col Roberts, engaging Bundespolizei forces. Escorting him to a safe distance, I requested an explanation - the target made several attempts to disengage, first via tradelanes toward Dortmund station, and upon being intercepted by us, under cruise engine power toward Wildau - which is where I caught up to him. While I conducted my investigation, we were joined by two further vessels - a junker heavy fighter piloted by one Donad_Tump, and a Hegemon captained by Little_Elvis. After some time, multiple explanations of our laws, and significant interference from his friends, Mr. Roberts was eventually ordered to pay a 1,000,000 SC fine. He refused to comply, and we therefore ordered him to accompany us to New Berlin for arrest by the Bundespolizei. At this time Mr Tump and Elvis departed toward New Berlin - and I escorted Mr. Roberts to the trade lane.

Along the trade lane, in sector 5E, Mr Tump and Mr. Elvis disrupted the trade lane in violation of §2.2.3.1/§2.2.4.7, and opened fire on my patrol, supported by a flight of Red Hessian ships. I ordered them to surrender, and was refused. I was able to destroy the Junker fighter piloted by freelancer Donad_Tump, along with several of the Red Hessian fighters, before the damage to my ship forced me to eject.

Therefore, in accordance with legal codes §2.2.3.3.2, I am ordering the Fahndung, with warrants for §1.5, §2.2.3.1, §2.2.3.2, §2.2.4.1, §2.2.4.2, §2.2.4.7, §2.2.4.8, §2.2.4.10.3, §2.2.4.10.4, §5.3 (§5.1.1), for:

Mr Little_Elvis
Donad_Tump
Jr._Col_Roberts

I have also transferred appropriate paperwork to the Bundespolizei.
Following recovery of my escape pod, I was returned to New Berlin.

Signed,
Reinhardt Erwin Henrik von Ehrenberg

Subject: Fahndung: Planet Harris Syndrome

Report 0501826

Report Start. Geschwader began its operational patrols in vicinity of Mainz station; I made contact with Fl. Erik Heindrich, already conducting transit patrols in the area. He informed me that he had already stopped and clear one transport prior to my arrival. Around this time, RNC Maus-2 arrived on scene. Upon arrival of freelancer transport Brave New World, Fl. Heindrich initiated a transit stop of the ship. Although cleared by Heindrich by way of cargo inspection, I interceded when questioning of the ship's captain revealed that their cargo originated at Planet Harris. In accordance with legal code §2.2.4.6, I therefore initated further scans and questioned the captain. Despite his protestations that he and his crew had made no contact with anyone planetside, and all cargo was loaded automatically - during the course of my interrogation he began to demonstrate erratic behaviour, consistent with Planet Harris Syndrome.

In accordance with legal codes §2.2.4.6, §2.2.4.10, and §2.2.4.5, I ordered the captain of the Brave New World to pay a mandatory fine of 250,000 SC to ensure compliance, issued a transit-ban, and ordered them escorted from Rheinland space. As the captain indicated his home was in the Omegas, we formed a convoy comprised of RNC-Maus-2, Flieger Heindrich's bomber and my own Wraith. Convoy proceeded en-route toward Freeport 1, via New Berlin, Stuttgart and Omega 7. During the course of the journey, the captain behaviour became increasingly erratic - at this stage it appeared he was beginning succumb to the condition. His communications became increasingly confused; nonetheless, he remained compliant with our instructions throughout.

By the time of our arrival at Freeport 1, the Captain's condition was grave - both his communication and behaviour was erratic. It having become apparent that he was suffering the effects of Planet Harris syndrome, a crewman identifying himself as the Brave New World's second helmsman, Mr. Parker, contacted us. It became necessary for us to instruct Mr. Parker to restrain his captain, which he was able to do, presumably with the help of remaining unaffected crew. I then directed Mr. Parker to contact Freeport 1, and proceed under quarantine to seek medical assistance there immediately. I further informed him as to our laws, and the travel ban they would be subject to until able to prove with documentation that they were free of the syndrome.

Upon Mr. Parker's compliance, our Rheinwehr convoy returned to Rheinland. RNC Maus detached en-route, while Flieger Heindrich and myself returned to base at Mainz.

**Fahndung**
Brave.New.World (Transport), and all crew;
Rheinland Travel-ban in accordance with legal code §2.2.4.6, in regards to Planet Harris Syndrome.

This message will be copied to Rheinland Bundespolizei.

Ende.

Guten abend meine Herren. Report Start.
I began my scheduled patrol in New Berlin Orbit, and found an MND offizier and the RNC Maus-2 on scene. Shortly thereafter, USI Aurora arrived on scene, and we proceeded to conduct a routine transit check. During the course of this proceedure, Flieger Erik Heindrich appeared on scene, and instigated a cargo check on a Freelancer, callsign Sly..Fox. Finding all in order during my inspection of the USI Aurora, we cleared that vessel for passage, and moved to assist Flieger Heindrich, near The Ring/Oder Shipyard facilities.

Despite not apparently having committed any immediate crime, the freelancer was reluctant to follow the Flieger's instructions, and shortly after my arrival attempted to move off, behind The Ring - I prevented this by positioning and firing warning shots. I then warned him to comply with Heindrich's instructions, and submit to the check- or face fines or possible arrest. Shortly after this, ignoring several further attempts to communicate, Freelancer Sly..Fox activated his cruise engines, and made toward the Harzfeld.

Given the target's non-compliance, regarding legal codes §2.2.4.1, §2.2.4.2, §2.2.4.5, §2.2.4.10.1, and §2.2.4.10.2, I therefore ordered his pursuit. Flieger Heindrich and myself pursued the target into the Harzfeld, and assisted by Hauptman Auttenberg, were able to destroy the target. Patrol Returned to Base. I submit this report at the Hauptmann's request.

Report Ende.

Signed,
Reinhardt Erwin Henrik von Ehrenberg

FromPlanet Neu Berlin
SubjectSigma-15/Frankfurt Patrol

Hier ist Feldwebel Elias Köetz,
after my departure from Planet Nuremberg, I set the route of the "Heinkel-30" towards the Sigma-15 anomaly. During the travel my scanner detected a group of Republican Shipping and Daumann transports; all clear.
Once arrived in Sigma-15, I met a freelancer, responding to the name of "Carl Benson", from Planet Erie, Pennsylvania. This guy told me he belongs to the "Auxilia Coalition", a "freelancer group". He asked me what I knew about the recent Nomad incursions in the House. Seems that one of his comrades, in his expedition in Omicron Delta, detected the decreasing number of Nomads and the increasing one of Infected and sympathizers. According to Herr Benson, this means that there will be an "invasion" soon or later.
My suggestion to him was to stay as far as possible from those zones.
I suggest instead, to insert his ID and my comms with him, in our database. I suspect that he, or his friend are in the first steps of becoming sympathizers, like he said. Caution advised.

Das ist the comm recovered.
After leaving Sigma-15, I found the Polizei Offizier, "RPS-Wachau", busy with inspektions. I decided to remain there and help him with the traffic. Two transports carrying Ageira White Boxes, but with regular license. One, ("Space_Nigrutin") with an illegal amount, of "illegal" cargo, criminals. The commander did not resist, and we rescued them to the nearby station.
Quite nice job with Herr Wachau.

Hier the comm
Mit freundlichen Grüßen,

The day have been quite... uneventful, with just a couple of exceptions. One of them being a Marine Royale Gauloise fighter i ran into moments after undocking from New Berlin. The pilot of the vessel in question - an XJ-3 "Lynx" - claimed to be a part of a wing dispatched to Sigma-15 Gate Construction Site in Frankfurt to support the local EFL operations. Running a quick check on his claims have only proven my suspicions - neither Bundestag, neither Rheinwehr have ever received such an inquiry, thus, his presence was deemed illegal, as per article 4, paragraph 4 of the Rheinland charter of interstellar law. He was dealt with accordingly.

[21.01.2019 15:02:19] [RM]Fl.Rosa.D'Elise: I once again suggest you to refer to the paragraph 4.4 of Rheinland law.
[21.01.2019 15:02:27] MRG|Gui.de.Bertinont: Guillaume: This ship was dispached as part of the logistics to ensure the builtment of the gate.
[21.01.2019 15:02:32] [RM]Fl.Rosa.D'Elise: It states clearly that your presence itself is the violation.
[21.01.2019 15:02:44] MRG|Gui.de.Bertinont: Guillaume: I'm not part of an Intelligence branch
[21.01.2019 15:02:49] [RM]Fl.Rosa.D'Elise: We have never received such an inquiry.
[21.01.2019 15:03:13] [RM]Fl.Rosa.D'Elise: I have double-checked the documented transmissions.
[21.01.2019 15:03:53] MRG|Gui.de.Bertinont: Guillaume: Them maybe it was my mistake, but this vessel is not ordered to sniff around
[21.01.2019 15:04:10] MRG|Gui.de.Bertinont: Guillaume: I was ordered to take the short track to Frankfurt
[21.01.2019 15:04:26] [RM]Fl.Rosa.D'Elise: Then you'll have no issues in paying the fine and leaving the Rheinland Sovereign space for good.
[21.01.2019 15:04:39] [RM]Fl.Rosa.D'Elise: At least, until the Crown wishes to make it in a proper way.
[21.01.2019 15:05:14] MRG|Gui.de.Bertinont: Guillaume: The issue i have, officer, is that i carry 1,376,000 credits with me, your fine is too much
[21.01.2019 15:05:29] MRG|Gui.de.Bertinont: Guillaume: Otherwise there would be no problem
[21.01.2019 15:05:52] MRG|Gui.de.Bertinont: Guillaueme: You can have all I carry with me.
[21.01.2019 15:05:55] [RM]Fl.Rosa.D'Elise: Hand over the million credits. This occassion will be forwarded to your High Command.
[21.01.2019 15:06:13] [RM]Fl.Rosa.D'Elise: They will pay the rest of the fine and present an explaintaion to the Bundestag.
[21.01.2019 15:06:35] [RM]Fl.Rosa.D'Elise: Now turn around, i will escort you out of Rheinland.
[21.01.2019 15:06:49] [RM]Fl.Rosa.D'Elise: Do not deviate.
[21.01.2019 15:07:34] MRG|Gui.de.Bertinont: Guillaume: You can be sure, never seeing me again in Rheinland officer, if that is how Rheinland treats our escorts
[21.01.2019 15:08:20] [RM]Fl.Rosa.D'Elise: You didn't even bother with reading our laws. Neither The Crown did a proper request for escort wings dispatchment.
[21.01.2019 15:09:40] MRG|Gui.de.Bertinont: Guillaume: Well, i read your laws, i must have missed that Acticle 4.4
[21.01.2019 15:10:03] [RM]Fl.Rosa.D'Elise: Please read them in full next time.
[21.01.2019 15:10:14] [RM]Fl.Rosa.D'Elise: Not to cause such a mess around a trivial matter.
[21.01.2019 15:11:54] MRG|Gui.de.Bertinont: Guillaume: Well, in case Rheinland will never see me again, i think theres no need to read them again...i wish this situation -
[21.01.2019 15:12:00] MRG|Gui.de.Bertinont: - would be different
[21.01.2019 15:12:19] [RM]Fl.Rosa.D'Elise: All your superiors have to do is send us a proper word over the neural net.
[21.01.2019 15:12:36] [RM]Fl.Rosa.D'Elise: It will be reviewed and accepted. Then you will be welcomed here.
[21.01.2019 15:12:38] [RM]Fl.Rosa.D'Elise: Until then...
[21.01.2019 15:12:56] MRG|Gui.de.Bertinont: Guillaume: So you need a word from the High Command, eh?
[21.01.2019 15:13:06] [RM]Fl.Rosa.D'Elise: Yes, precisely.
[21.01.2019 15:13:28] [RM]Fl.Rosa.D'Elise: That would be the most logical thing to do.
[21.01.2019 15:14:47] MRG|Gui.de.Bertinont: Guillaume: Well, if thats Rheinlands final statement, i draw my personel back to the bretonian front. Was let me call it -
[21.01.2019 15:14:58] MRG|Gui.de.Bertinont: - interesting to meet Rheinland officials.
[21.01.2019 15:15:25] [RM]Fl.Rosa.D'Elise: And once again, they are exaggerating.

Escorting him out of Rheinland revealed a newly formed stellar anomaly, previously undiscovered, in Cologne stellar system, grid square 3B.

As i have proceeded with the patrol and have taken a position in the vicinity of the Hamburg Jump Gates in New Berlin, considering the reports of increased activity of illegal prisoner shipments - i have soon caught my luck with a DU5-7Y "Hegemon" Asteroid Miner under the callsign of Space_Nigrutin, filled to the brim with illegal cargo - in accordance to article three, paragraph 1.1 of the Rheinland Charter of interstellar law. The pilot was deprieved of his cargo and charged with a fine of 2.690.000 Standart Credits.
However, he failed to pay the fine, and therefore his ship was quickly dispatched.

Subject: Unregistered Installations

Today, I went on a patrol of the Munich system. Found a couple of civilian transports carrying aluminum and such, then moved on to check on the currently registered installations, Aluminium and Regensburg| In & Export.

Roughly ten kilometers from Aluminium, scanners picked up an installation named "Lead Leaders Company". Attempts to request to dock were denied.

Then I checked on Regensburg| In & Export. Again, there was another unregistered installation. This one seems to have been around for a while. It is named "Nersingen". This time, my request to dock was granted. Another thing I noticed about this installation is that it has a weapon platform with it.

That is all, for now.

Guten Tag meine Damen und Herren!

Today I started my service in the Rheinwehr. A reservist contacted me by using the secure channel, to help me with the Naming convention. Unfortunately my vocal recorder as well as the new guncam on my Wraith need to be installed, so I can not provide any data for now, thios will change in the future.

That's all for today.

RNC-Berglowe reporting in. Our assistance was requested by a patrol gunboat, the RNC-Nennhausen, in dealing with a Red Hessian 'Vidar'-Class heavy cruiser designated 'Arryxa' attacking Dortmund Station, in New Berlin. Upon arrival, we engaged the target, quickly destroying it; this was obviously an untrained crew, though why the Hessians would send untrained men into the heart of Rheinland is beyond me. FREQUENCY ESTABLISHED

The Berglowe responded to reports of Unioner presence in Hamburg today, grouping with the Rheinland gunboat <RM>~Jaeger and fighter pilot [RM]Fw.R.v.Ehrenberg. Unioners were persued through Cologne and Omega 54, where RM_colenge, a Fafnir-class bomber, and two other fighers; [MND]-Degenek and [RM]Fl.Rosa.D'Elise also joined the battlegroup.

Unioners fled to Omega 2, where military forces could not pursue, but Degenek was able to scout beyond the jump hole and keep tabs on them. While we waited in Omega 54 for his signal, a Red Hessian 'Jormungand'-Class battleship designated RHB-Hvannadalshnukur appeared on scanners, proceeding directly towards our position with weapons hot. The Berglowe engaged the battleship, with support from our smaller craft. The Berglowe took some damage, and the <RM>~Jaeger was unfortunately lost after getting too close to the Hessian vessel, but we were able to eliminate it.

Following that, A veritable swarm of Hessian vessels arrived, presumably tailing the Battleship. Scanner contacts were too many to verify, but there were presumably two bombers, two to three fighter craft, a gunboat, and a cruiser, as well as Unioner reinforcements coming through from Omega 2. Unfortunately we were outnumbered and outgunned, and while the Berglowe held on for as long as possible, we were overcome. Damage taken was significant, and we will likely be spending quite some time in drydock for repairs. Uploading logs...

The Berglowe responded to a call for aid this morning from a patrol boat, RNC-WitchIrene, of a hessian vidar in the vicinity of Wildau station. Upon our arrival, the hessian - one Arryxa, whom we've dealt with very recently at Dortmund station - immediately fled towards dresden. We gave pursuit, with the RNC-WitchIren moving ahead and intercepting the vidar in Dresden. A short engagement led to the vessel running, once more, back to New Berlin via jump hole, and towards a hessian asteroid base in the Saarfeld. Here, another hessian cruiser - a scylla-class - joined the fight. The Arryxa attempted to use the asteroid base as cover, but was quickly dispatched once more:

We then gave chase to the Scylla, designated RHC-BerserkJahraun, which fled the Saarfeld. The vessel was dealt moderate damage once in range, and following that maintained distance from the Berglowe to avoid taking additional fire. Eventually, realizing the situation was hopeless, it fled back into the Saarfeld towards its home base, where it was joined by two more Hessian warships - a vidar designated [RHA]RHC-Odenwald, and a gunboat designated [RHA]RHGB-Grimnir - as well as a Coalition typhoon-class destroyer designated CPW-Grozovoi. As can always be expected from scum like these hessians, they swarm like an infestation of roaches, despicable behavior from desperate traitors to the vaterland.

With no reinforcements coming to the call, I made the decision to retreat towards Wildau station. Three cruisers and a gunboat is, on a good day, too much for us. The Berglowe took critical damage just within range of Wildau, and will once more need extensive repairs at Oder shipyards.
