The 'Tsar' is highly experimental, due to heat generation and power requirements requires that the gun be built directly into the superstructure of the 'Hurricane' Battlecruiser. During testing at full power it was noted that the power requirements required more to power all four Cannons. Mykolaiv's Research & Development Team has thus built in limiters on the weapon's output in order for all cannons to fire, this unfortunately has shown a sharp decrease in firepower per cannon. However High Command officials deemed it a small sacrifice for the purpose of the ship as a 'Break Through' vessel.
