Designed for Transport ships, the C6S shield series takes its nickname from an ancient Earth infantry shield designed to cover the entire body, similar to how this energy shield wards the entire vessel. With a very minimal power draw, this shield can absorb more incoming fire than the regeneration-focussed "Kite", while not requiring the heavy power draw that plagues the "Tower". This is a graviton-based shield that provides improved protection from laser and photon weapons.
