Disatisfied with the terms of service offered by DSE at Baltimore Shipyard, Universal Shipping constructed Duluth Shipyard to service its large Transport fleet. The Shipyard was built with capacity for future growth in mind. Universal transports get preferential treatment, but the shipyard also accepts commissions from other entities such as Orbital Spa and Cruise and even freelancers.
