History

Career in the LPI

Before Sonya had gained access to the secrets of the Liberty Security Force she was employed by the Liberty Police Incorporated. Her career started in Pennsylvania due to her knowledge of the system and some of the important people living there. With the graduation of LPI's flight school, Sonya was transferred to Fort Bush to support the 4th flight wing. After one of her wingman accidentally shot an un-armed vessel. The blame fell quickly on Sonya for this incident. She was then transferred to the stations guard team. By that time she spent most of her time aboard Fort Bush checking visitor's ID's and prefroming custom's control. Whilst dreaming of a better career she heard about the LSF recruitment program and applied for it.

A new start in the LSF

After Sonya had been accepted by the Liberty Security Force for the training program she felt much better sitting in a fighter's cockpit rather than guarding docking bays. As a member of the secondary division it was her goal to gain access to the primary division. She started to work as hard as she could and crossed the desk of Associate Director Julia Wolfe a couple of times. Wolfe was impressed with Sonya and recommended she applied to become a full time agent of the primary branch.

The presence

Her career in the LSF

Mosby finished the training program as the second best in her class and was transferred to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). While on duty for the DHS she was in combat and different classified missions a couple times. Still in the training program she was given access to the LSF flight school. Just after finishing her extended flight training for heavy fighters and bombers on April 15 818 A.S., Sonya was promoted to become a full agent of the Security Force. A short while later, she requested to join the Special Operations division to operate deep within Rheinland for intelligence gathering and spying.

On May 10 818 A.S. Sonya was promoted the second time with in the LSF, thinking about joining the R&D she stayed with the DHS but enrolled at New Oxford University at Planet Cambridge, using a fake name to keep her real identity secret. Nevertheless her presence has been discovered by a MI5 agent of the Bretonian military and Sonya was forced to quit her scientific education program.

After that incident Mosby stayed in the DHS to avoid any diplomatic problems with foreign houses.

The "David Gee" incident

Right after the warrent was placed onto David Gee's head, Sonya used all her contacts to get information to get knowledge to the whereabout's of the former LSF Agent Gee and tried to track him down. Her information guided her to Freeport 4 in Magellan where the target was seen the last. She began questioning a couple traders and even Zoners aboard the station. She found out her target was just leaving the station working as a Freelancer escort a trading vessel to Bretonia. Acompanied by the trader Gee was heading to the Leeds jumphole to reach Edinburgh on the quickest route. Without permission by the BAF or the MI5 Sonya followed her target to the system of Leeds and performed a search pattern for David's vessel. When she arrived near the planet, Gee had just come from the Edinburgh gate and ended right in her crosshair. As a former agent Gee wasn't going to surrender right at that moment so he started to run through Magellan right in to Liberty. Where he was finally stopped in Minnesota where he attempted to escape to Rheinland space. The chase ended in Minnesota with a dog fight where Sonya was able to put out his vessel, recovered his pod and brought him to Sugarland Prison.

For capturing one of the most wanted of LSF Mosby was promoted to Supervisory Agent on July 2 818 A.S. by Associate Director Wolfe. At this time nobody could have ever imagine what would happen a few day's later.

By the day of July 11 818 A.S. Mosby was dispatched to guard the transfer of Gee from Sugarland Prison to a LSF facility, when the convoy was intercepted by a crony of the prisoner deep with in Zone 21. By now it's still unknown how the fighter pilot made it in there without getting stopped by the Navy vessel's patrolling there. Gee managed to gain control of a shuttle transporting him and while Sonya was fighting the crony of Gee he shot her with the shuttle's weapons, still knowing the LSF shield frequencies disabling Mosby's Guardian. From that time on David Gee is still on the run from LSF forces trying to capture him again.

Transfer to Internal Affairs

After a new secretary for internal affairs was appointed, Sonya was transfered to the departement of internal affairs. Another promotion came along with this on August 1 818 A.S. as her current rank changed to Advisor of Internal Affairs. Having a close look on all LSF staff made her feel a little bit uncomfortable in the first time and she was affraid to stay behind a desk but her regular flight duty still is active.

A change of minds

The end of a LSF career

When Sonya discovered some contradictions within the =LSF= she started to investigate. Uncovering missing ships, breaches in the chain of comment and several violations against the code of conduct she decided to question the high command. After several attempts with no reaction at all she went semi-public on that matter involving everybody within the agency. Yet nobody seemed to care about her cause and she ended drifting on the edge of the force, just doing her job but with no support at all.

Mostly she fly's her BDR-804, but several people have spotted her on patrol duty with her Li-117 to face the daily threat of unlawful Gunboat's and Gunship's in Liberty space. By now there's not much known about the Artemis because she's relatively little dispatched to Liberty space. Her duty is to patrol Zone 21 and Alaska but not to be on daily basis patrol's. The Gunboat is commanded by Captain Thomas Aldrin, but with Sonya with overall command.

Rumors

• During an Rheinland attack on Texas it's rumored that Sonya was not defending Liberty, but guiding a battleship of the Coalition and even protected the vessel agaist the LPI.
• Mosby has been accused of working with Rheinland Military officials, by leaking vital intelligence information that the LSF has obtained. Associate Director Wolfe has stood by her agent by dismissing the claims outright.
• According to some unconfirmed sensor scans of the Rheinwehr Sonya is to pilot a codenamed civilian bomber for strikes against the Military and Rheinland corporations.
