Pilot carrying this ID is in the Bretonia Police Authority, who :

- Can hunt pirates and terrorists within their Zone of Influence,

- Cannot ally with any unlawfuls except with the Golden Chrysanthemums or Outcasts,
- Cannot participate in any unlawful actionsannot fulfill bounty contracts,
- Cannot use any Liners except the Royal Liner and Prison Liner,
- Cannot use any transports with more than 3,000 cargo.
