The Z-4800 is the newest model from the Z Series line of ships. Designed by the principle of need rather than creative design, the Greyhound is a stripped down combination of a number of heavier ships from the ship line, designed to at the very least match the speed and capabilities of mainline fighters of other factions. While not particularly exceptional in flight, the Greyhound nonetheless fills the escort niche, so desperately needed among users of the Z Series ship line.

The Razorboat is the fine product of the Mollys and Liberty Rogues and is designed to piss off anyone looking for an easy kill. Recent changes in weapon loadouts, like adding a class 1 turret and a buff in turn speed to the mix has made it into an agile support ship and a deadly one at that. Mini razor is the only torpedo you need on this. Error creating thumbnail: Unable to save thumbnail to destination Review by Sindroms |

Like all of the rogue fighters, it doesn't fit into its own class, and it's underpowered in most cases. This one is decently fast, and has very few guns. It has the hull, and mobility of the lighter Very Heavy Fighters, the size of the smaller Heavy Fighters, and the firepower of the lighter Heavy Fighters and heavier Light Fighters It is, however, smaller than the Rogues' ridiculous Light Fighter. Like any ship, the right pilot can still destroy people in this ship, but with equally skilled pilots, the Greyhound will usually lose lose. If you want to use any rogue fighters, the only one that can be viable is the Werewolf, which is designed perfectly for a Rogue's job. As for equipment, you'll want to take advantage of its 4 gun mounts being class 10, and it having a large power core, by using the strongest codenamed weapons you can find, regardless of power usage, and the light fighter turret mount is best satisfied with a shield-buster. Unfortunately, tartarus, the rogue torpedo, costs 10,401 power, and this has a 10,400 power core, so... Out of your 4 guns, you'll have to have a shieldbuster, turning you into a VHF with a very weak amount of damage. However, almost every ship can be great when used properly. Oddly enough, I do very well in this ship. Error creating thumbnail: Unable to save thumbnail to destination Review by TLI-Inferno |
