234	EFL Oil corporation is formed to control oil operations across the worlds of Gallia.

4th century

314	The Gallic Metal Service corporation is created in a merger of several large mining companies.

5th century

422	Planet Marne is discovered by Gallic explorers.

6th century

501	Ile-de-France Shipping Company is founded on Planet New Paris.
527	Gallic Metal Service completes construction of the Alesia Station in Burgundy.
531	The mass colonization of Planet Marne by lower class workers, brought from the various Core System planets, begins.
569	EFL Oil & Machinery builds Reims Station in Champagne.
576	The mass transportation of lower class workers to Planet Marne for colonization comes to an end.
585	Avallon Station is built in Burgundy by the Gallic Royal Navy.
597	Bourbon Massacre. The Unione Corse penetrate Bourbon Base and kill all its Junker inhabitants, the act that was surprisingly left unavenged by the Junkers.

7th century

606	Junkers built Bourg-en-Bresse Space Port, their first and only base in all of Gallia or Sirius built within the system of trade lanes.
607	The Maquis establish their base of operations in Languedoc, It is called Limoux Base.
625	Chalons-en-Champagne Station system is built in Champagne.
625-630	Dijon Station is built in the Burgundy system, becoming one of the largest installations ever built in Sirius or Gallia.
626-628	The Maquis attack major cities on various planets in the Gallic Core Worlds, including New Paris, Blois and Lyon.
636	King Louis IV disbands the Mouvement de Liberation Gaulois (Gallic Liberation Movement). Its remnants start forming a union that will later become known as the Council.
656	Construction of the Macon Base begins in Burgundy.
658	Montmirail Base is built by the Council in Champagne.
689	Metz Station is built in the Lorraine system.

8th century

705	Prince Joseph Martius DeFrance is born.
706	Princess Arielle DeFrance is born.
708
710	Marne Uprising, the Second Gallic War begins.
711	Local police forces and a few Royal Army detachments defeated.
714	A large army over 110,000 troops is amassed in the Core worlds to land and retake Marne. Only 45,000 of those made it through due to surprise Council attack at Reims station, and Planet Sezanne
716	The Monarchy loses control of Planet Marne to the Council. The Marne Rebellion is over.
717	The war takes to space, Council primary goals are to take the Champagne system, and prepare a massive assualt on the Languedoc and Lorraine systems.
718
719	Champagne system is successfully under Council control.
720	Council High Command realizes it's mistake after the Navy launched an offensive strike against it's fleet in Champagne. The Navy offensive scattered Council forces the day before the schedule Lorraine assault
725	The battle for Dauphine begins. An automated Council transport armed with Nuclear devices destroys Bourgon-Jallieu. Fighting breaks out around Gap. After weeks of fighting the Council launch a missile capable of de-pressurizing Gap station. Causalities were high on both sides.
729	The Languedoc Offensive. Council Offensive caught the Navy by surprise. A massive Council armada stormed the Languedoc system from the jumpgate. The second major planetary offensive was staged at Quillan.
732-734	The Council, with aid from the Maquis and other criminal groups within Gallia, broke through the mines and built the Reunion station in the Bretonian controlled system of Orkney. Princess Arielle DeFrance was killed, some sources within the Council believe it was her brother that killed her, others believe it was the Maquis Brotherhood.
