- Can escort traders within Bretonia and the Independent Systems directly bordering Bretonia.
- Can hunt pirates and terrorists within Bretonia and the Independent Systems directly bordering Bretonia.
- Cannot participate in unlawful actions except as described above.
Allowed ships: Fighters, Bombers, Freighters, Transports, Gunboats, Cruisers, Battleships.
