Having 4 cargo sections and capable of holding 8 cargo pods, the Advanced Train is the longest train modification currently available in Sirius, and also the most embeddable.

Pushing the upper envelopes of contemporary engineering, the heaviest configuration of the classical Train takes to the lanes the largest amount of cargo any ship of this series can offer. While the configuration pushes the train engine to its maximum output, maneuverability is still good for a ship of its size. The reinforced linkage and buffer systems are very expensive however, and it is this cost that prevents this ship from becoming a common sight on Sirian shipping lanes.

The Advanced Train is quite long and sluggishly cumbersome. Sometimes the navigation computer fails the calculations necessary and the ship ends up sitting at the tradelanes waiting to get into the correct position. If this happens simply disengage the docking computer, reverse up until you have some maneuvering room, and re-engage the docking computer.

Pushing the limit of what was possible; the advanced train has been with us for some time and is imprinted in the minds of many of us as the Traders target. The Advanced train is the only single largest freighter that has a 5000 cargo bay that can still fit into a lane fairly reasonably. The Barge still takes the cake as the top dog, but this is where efficiency and functionality ends in my books. The Advanced train has an astronomical 40-45 second turning circle and a staggering 8 second cruise charge, surpassing the Mastodon and the Kusari Container Transport by far. The advanced train has hit both extremes that I cannot give it a low enough rating for Maneuverability and Price.<br>

A 5000 cargo bay comes at a much cheaper price than 188 million in any of the house super transports. However there are aspects you get with the train that you don’t with the super transports; 8 Customizable cargo pods, included set of Type 4 Transport Turrets and bow underside engines. This thing is pretty much hopeless in an encounter with pirates though, the maneuverability takes away any possibility of escape (If they have Train Disruptors), a small handful of turrets covering almost a kilometer of hull renders it's firepower useless, and hardly any extra gadgets to rely on makes it totally useless. But its cargo hold can bring in as much money that does not compare to what some taxes will ask you for, and most pilots would pay it happily.}}

Although it is more expensive than the other 5k cargo transports it does carry advantages that make it worth the extra millions.  Having compared this to the Bretonian Shetland I can say that the ease of entering trade lanes is very noticeably better on the Advanced Train.  The all around handling is decent considering it is in the 5k cargo range.  The extra turrets it comes with will not be much use against Player Character pirates but will do nicely against npcs.  This transport is not affiliated with any of the houses, which means you can mount any ID which allows 5k transports.  This can be useful if you want to change up your trade route while staying within the boundaries of good RP.  All in all, the difference in price from the other 5k transports will be negligible once you get this baby rolling in the cash.  Recommended for any traders who can afford it.}}

The most expensive transport one can get , Advanced Train has her nice look from the vanilla Freelancer.Despite having the slowest turn rate amongst transports , she is still better than her rivals when entering trade lanes and jump gates.She is really slim from the front , making it easy and safe to travel through asteroid fields.She has a good armor , also being able to equip Cargo Pods giving her a natural shield against pirates. Also being usable Sirius-wide makes her a good choice for every transport pilot.
