With Battleship Betheny advancing into Magellan in 824A.S. to reinforce Carcassonne's flank, Battleship Castres shifted its position and primary task of guarding supply lines in Edinburgh to providing orbital defense in the vicinity of Planet Leeds as well as reinforcing Gallic Royal Navy assets in the system.
With the successes in Leeds, Magellan and Manchester, the Castres and it's battlegroup advanced into capital system of Bretonia. There, it formed a tenuous beach head allowing Royalist forces to launch raids and operations to disrupt the Bretonian defences in preparation of the invasion.
Castres' extended fighter bay is now used to its full capacity, providing fighter support for the Battleships Dax and Nogent-le-Rotrou as they advance on Planet New London.
