- Isehara finished construction in 814 A.S., four months after the terraforming of Planet Miura was started. Isehara was originally used to handle the flow of goods to and from the planet, including the Plutonium shipments that frequently made their way up from planet-side and the transports full of prisoners to work in the mines.
- As the base of operations for the entire terraforming project on Planet Miura, quite a few Kishiro scientists, advisors, and even an unspecified number of former Planetform engineers hired for a huge sum are based onboard the station, with sophisticated tracking and weather satellite arrays to keep track of the planet's progress.
- The station itself has a considerable security detachment from both Kishiro's personal forces and the Gas Miner Guild's own paramilitary squadrons, and the civilian transports that make their way to and from the base carrying supplies are generally considered relatively safe from hostile attacks.
- With the completion of Planet Miura's docking ring in 818 A.S., Isehara was set to fulfill its original purpose as the main refinery for the planet's Plutonium production. While still operating as the headquarters for the terraforming project, much of the operations could be moved to the planet's surface with the completion of the docking ring, freeing up that space for refinement.
- The new docking ring and focus on refinement has increased Kishiro's profits from the Okinawa project dramatically, further solidifying their new control over Kusari's government, as well as solidifying their alliance with the Gas Miners Guild.

- After having learned of their rival Kishiro's plans in conjunction with the Gas Miners Guild for the Okinawa system in early 815 A.S., Samura Industries decided that it could risk somewhat more indirect intervention to destroy or at least delay the plans of its rivals. To this end, it has enlisted the aid of the Hogosha, insisting that they build an outpost to keep an eye on developments within the system, and disrupt them wherever possible. The Hogosha readily agreed, having no love for Kishiro or the Gas Miners Guild in particular and secretly began construction on Kamakura base within the Hasuda Asteroid Field.
- Construction was completed in late 816 A.S., despite several delays and near discovery of the base by Golden Chrysanthemum and GMG patrols, and the Hogosha makes full use of the base's strategic location to launch raids on both the Kishiro and GMG installations, as well as the Nagano jump gate construction site.
- As their supply lines have become more stabilised, the Hogosha's strategic options have opened up and in addition to a small ship production facility onboard, a fully integrated repair yard was installed to enable the Hogosha to operate with a greater degree of effectiveness so far from their main base.

- Originally the Battleship Himeji, commanded by Chujo Michio Raikatugi, was permanently stationed outside Governor Tekagi's fortress in the Tohoku system, along with the Battleships Ishioka, Musashi and Sennan. During the Nomad War , towards the end of 800 A.S., the Blood Dragons led an attack on Tekagi's fortress, resulting in the destruction of the Battleship Musashi and the death of the Nomad-infested Tekagi.
- After the Governor was killed, the Nomad-controlled crews of his defence fleet began to fall into a retreat towards an unknown jumphole in the Tohoku system, while members of the Blood Dragons and hired Freelancers withdrew with the alien artifact that they had been sent to recover from the fortress. The Blood Dragons, fighting against heavy odds, sent a call to arms to the Golden Chrysanthemums, who responded with all available ships.
- As they arrived, the Battleship Sennan was destroyed in a fiery explosion as the magnetic fields around the fusion reactor collapsed. With extensive engine damage, partially inflicted by the dying Sennan, the Battleship Himeji changed course, limping towards the Nagano jumphole, pursued by large numbers of Golden Chrysanthemum fighters, bombers and transports. The Battleship Ishioka escaped, and its whereabouts today remain a mystery.
- The Himeji managed to jump into Okinawa, but was finally disabled on the other side, near to the Sendai Research Complex. Golden Chrysanthemum and Blood Dragon soldiers boarded the ship, and assisted by agents of the Order from Sendai, captured the vessel, destroying all traces of Nomads found onboard. The ship was discovered to have too extensive damage to move it too far, so it was slowly nudged into a parking orbit of the research station and left there under the control of Golden Chrysanthemum techs and soldiers, in gratitude for their assistance.
- Over the ensuing years since the end of the Nomad War, the Golden Chrysanthemums have spent a considerable amount of effort and time to repair it, using hijacked materials from Samura military freighters transporting parts to the various shipyards across Kusari. Eventually, in 813 A.S., the ship was deemed fully operational once more and with much ceremony the Sisterhood re-christened the ship to the Battleship Matsuda, in honour of Yuyu Matsuda, founder of the Golden Chrysanthemum movement.
- At present, the Matsuda is tasked with guarding the Cardamine run through Okinawa and the jumphole to Honshu, and is home to a large population of Golden Chrysanthemum families in addition to the crew. Outcasts and Blood Dragons are also known to frequent the ship for supplies.

- Constructed in 814 A.S. by the Gas Miners Guild after the discovery of vast untapped hydrogen reserves in the Mintaka Hydrogen Field, Fujisawa has grown to become one of the largest bases in operation by the GMG, supplying H-Fuel to various markets across Sirius and assisting Isehara with raw materials needed for its terraforming projects.
- Fujisawa is also serving as a way station, repair depot and barracks for the security forces that are heavily present in the system due to the sensitivity of the project being undertaken by the Gas Miners Guild and its corporate ally, Kishiro. Both Kishiro and the GMG have invested enormous sums of money into the joint project, with the Guild providing both raw materials and the security muscle necessary to protect their interests.
- With the ever increasing attacks against Gas Miner Ogashawa in Sigma 19 by the Corsairs, Outcasts and even Samura's dirty tricks operatives, the Hogosha, the GMG hope that Fujisawa and the Planet Miura terraforming project will help revive their and Kishiro's fortunes in Kusari and the Sigmas, both economically and politically, allowing them to pull out of the Omicrons somewhat and come to some form of unofficial agreement with the Outcasts to lessen the pressure exerted on them by the incessant assaults.

- Built in 692 A.S., four years after the Okinawa system was discovered by Blood Dragon scouts, the Sendai Research Complex was originally designed to house weapon and ship R&D for the Blood Dragons in an uncharted system, to maintain security and secrecy. It is believed that the principle design work behind the Blood Dragon Bomber, whose designs were copied from a captured Kusari bomber, was completed here, although finalized specifications and prototype testing were done at Mito Shipyard.
- In 735 A.S., research was expanded to include a Xenoarchaelogical department and an alien biology division, after unusual artifacts of alien origin were discovered in the Tohoku system. This work became of further importance in 793 A.S., after scouts in the employ of Governor Tekagi discovered the Tohoku system and construction began on the fortress base that the Governor would later occupy.
\nTheir research soon became of interest to the Order, who contacted the Blood Dragons in 794 A.S. with the proposition of a mutual exchange of knowledge, although how the Order found out about the top secret research conducted by the Blood Dragons in the first place remains unknown. The two groups agreed and Order scientists soon moved aboard Sendai to assist in experiments. The Order quickly became concerned with the unusual activities of Tekagi, with numerous reports of mysterious artifacts being uncovered by the Governor's agents, and of strange ships sighted around his fortress, and the Blood Dragons agreed to construct a forward observation post in the Tohoku system, in the form of Ryuku Base.
- It was scientists working at the Sendai Research Complex, under the supervision of Lord Hakkera and Research Director Yuu Funabashi, which eventually realised the importance of the Proteus Tome and its connection to the Daam-K'Vosh, and transmitted all their gathered information to both groups in the hopes that the Tome could be retrieved from Governor Tekagi's grasp. Things came to a head during the Nomad War, although Sendai saw little actual action, save for assisting in the disabling and capture of the Battleship Himeji as it retreated from the Nagano Jump Hole.
- Nowadays, with the Nomad war long over and the Order's alliance with the Corsairs, no Order scientists remain onboard the research base, although the Blood Dragons do still continue their investigations into both the Nomads and their origins, and also into various other alien life forms they have encountered, such as those on the Planets Niiza and Miura. Scientists on both sides occasionally submit reports to each other regarding any new and useful data they might have obtained from their research into the exobiology and astrosociobiology of the Nomads and Daam-K'Vosh.

- After the discovery of the Okinawa system, Kishiro and the GMG required a considerable amount of money to quickly begin the construction of the system's infrastructure. Unfortunately, the only corporation both willing and able to underwrite the project was Interspace Commerce, who agreed to insure and finance it in exchange for 5% of the H-Fuel profits and also being permitted to construct a base in Okinawa. The GMG grudgingly agreed, and construction started on Furyoku Station at the same time as Fujisawa Mining Facility was assembled. The station was eventually completed in early 816 A.S., despite a number of sabotage incidences that were believed to be the work of Hogosha agents.
- The base handles a large portion of the traffic moving in and out of Okinawa, and the GMG often stores a large amount of H-Fuel reserves at Furyoku. Attacks in the system against GMG and Kishiro facilities, as well as the Interspace base, have been more or less non-existent, save for the occasional raiding parties that are almost certainly Hogosha in origin. Part of the reason for this is almost certainly due to the influence and dealings that Interspace are known to have with the Golden Chrysanthemums. In exchange for the lack of piracy and attacks on their facilities and transports within Okinawa, it appears that both the Kishiro and GMG authorities within the system have taken to turning a blind eye whenever a Golden Chrysanthemum vessel has been seen docking with Furyoku Station.
