Although it may be the main bomber of the Liberty Navy, that certainly doesn't mean it does that job well, and in the Upholder's case, it doesn't. With the handling and size of a Medium/Heavy Bomber, and the rest of the stats of a Light Bomber, the Upholder proves again that not every Navy can build capable ships.
