This part was originally an independent miningcompany who was owned by Yentl Goethals. Yashida offerd him an assumption, becouse Yashida saw how good and flexible is.
So now the cooperative mining brotherhood is officially part of the great Yashida Holding.
The Holding has now got an mining department, for some extra money but also for more influence in the tau , omega and sigma systems.
