Georgia Brown is a former agent for The Order and the only living former Phantom.

Background

Georgia is naive, girly, and cute. She often comes accross as simple and childish, but ultimatly hides her understanding and intelligence well. Georgia displays aggressive, dangerous behavior when in danger. This behavior makes her a formidable opponent in hand-to-hand combat, aswell as in a space-based duel.

Most of her past is shady, but it involved a large amount of petty crime on New London. More recently she had been a member of The Phantoms, after impressing Black Rose.

She continues to impress the Order with her vast knowledge of how things work, most likely this came from vast Phantom conditioning.

Early Life

Georgia was treated poorly by her carers.

Georgia was born on an Armored Transport in Colorado, originally bound for Planet Manhattan, her mother Lucy Brown went into labour early and was forced to give birth on the journey. The tranport was attacked by Xenos and badly damaged during the duration of her birth, her father, Arthur Mckay, died with his wingmen defending his wife and the crew of the transport.

Georgia's parents were Bretonian by nationality, and her grandfather was present at the birth. She was under his watchful eye at all times, he was her true guardian.

Her mother disappeared in the early years of her life, so she was left in the care of George and Mary Brown, her aunt and uncle. Her life was unpleasant in their company as they long desired to have a child of their own, a son.
Upon the birth of her cousin in 799A.S. she was always shadowed by the favouritism he was given, so on her eighteenth birthday, she ran away to join a small criminal gang operating in New London using money she has inherited from her deseased father to survive in the violent underworld.

Eventually she found herself in a spot of trouble, and was forced to contact her grandfather, who had cared for her and found her care as a baby. Being in the Niobium business, he was wealthy enough to cover her criminal past and fund her new found desire to travel.

Being Free

The Karasu, GMG Heavy Fighter, Georgia's signature ship.

Georgia was always an ambitious, dreamy child, her wild imagination allowing her mind to wander. She desired to explore, to be free. With the money her grandfather sent her, she was able to purchase a ship on the market, a Karasu was her choice, and she grew a rare fondness for the ship.

She taught herself to better fly her ship, through training in the desolate system of Connecticut. There she tested her skill for hours on end against aggressive space rocks and ship wrecks. In time, Georgia tested her abilty on lone ships of her class, never too aggressivly though, so much that she'd go pretty much unnoticed.

She spent many months travelling through house space, as well as the border and edge worlds, meeting all sorts of people from many different backgrounds. She caused havoc and helped house police deal with disputes. Georgia felt this was her true calling, until she met Rosey and Harly.

A New Calling

In a glint of luck and chance, she drifted through Cortez and picked up the signals of Phantoms Harlequin and Black Rose. She had read their names on the bounty board, and greatly admired them for their infamy.

She opened conversation with them and met up with them outside Montezuma Base in person. The two were rather playful and threatening at first, but offered a meeting at Buffalo Base, New York.

Georgia accepted.

Becoming Luxuria

Rose displayed a fondness for the young bretonian, and tried to encourage her violent tendencies to surface. Georgia greatly admired Rose's character and 'heroism', an particuarly the way she felt safe within Rose's aura of fear. She quickly learns that fear is The Phantoms greatest tool for the most part.

Rose ordered her to trick her way onto a Luxury Yacht, then to kill the crew. Georgia impressed Rose, slaughtering the crew in a shocking display. Rose then offered her a place in the ranks of The Phantoms. Once again she accepted, thinking she had found a real family.

Cristobal Cortez

Among her time in the Phantoms, Georgia met Cristobal Cortez, a Corsair of The Brotherhood. At first the young Corsair was distrusting of her prescence, but eventually the two became good friends. Cristobal eventually introduced Georgia to his alcholic grandmother on Crete and Georgia took him on outings across the Omegas.

Georgia grew emotionally attached to him, though before any further relationship could occur, Cristobal declared a vendetta against another Phantom known as Gentle. In a decisive battle with Gentle, Cristobal was shot down and captured. Instead of killing Cristobal, Gentle mutilated him and threw him back to the Corsairs. Shortly after, Cristobal disappeared completely, lost in the Omicrons.

Heartbroken, Georgia planned to kill Gentle though she was talked out of it by Valentine. Georgia instead made plans to run away, disappearing into the Omicrons.

The Order

On the run

Georgia took off into the Nomad Worlds, disappearing off the Phantom's radar. She got desperate, eventually sending out a distress call to the Admiral Kelt of the Order. An Order wing picked her up in Omicron-92, bringing her first to Freeport 11, then to Planet Toledo for questioning.

In Order custody

Georgia spent a number of weeks undergoing interrogation by Major D'Souza of the Order Primary Fleet. After intense psychological and physical analysis they granted her Ensign-rank as an Order agent.

She was limited in freedom though, not being allowed access to Order technology and only being allowed to land on Planet Toledo. Georgia was monitered at all times and was only allowed access to her own room when not in space.

Order Research and Development Division

Soon enough she drew up plans and blueprints for prototype technology which caught the eye of David Freisener, incharge of recruiting and training for the Order Primary Fleet. He in turn showed these to Magnus Bytus of the Order Science Team.

Eventually she was assigned to the Order Research and Development Division, where she assisted Magnus and undertook her own studies of the Slomon K'Hara and their culture.

A New Life

The time came when Georgia was sick of being mistreated by the Order, their lack of trust led to her escaping their grasp, and doing so, she took her vast knowledge of the Nomads.

She fled to Bretonia, operating as a rouge agent until she was contact by a group known as the Spectres, human agents of the Nomads. They offered her a chance to work with them, and gave her the information nessesary to complete her studies. She respectfully declined though, choosing instead, to retire.

Around April of 818A.S., on Planet New London, Georgia fell in love with Michael Valen, a man whose life she had saved more than once. The two settled down on Planet Cambridge, with two children and a dog, away from the terror of the Phantoms, and beyond the grasp of the Order.
