Wolfgang von Thielau is a member of the RM since 798 A.S.. He joined the Rheinwehr during their time of propagande as the house was in pre-war-state before the Alien Incident began. Wolfgang was still very young at that time but still very brave and passed the test to become a soldier in 799 A.S..
Background
Wolfgang was born in 785 A.S. on Planet Stuttgart. His father Karl-Heinz is an old wise man, always loyal to the Rheinwehr, later Kommissar of the BDM while his mother worked for the Rheinland Government. Wolfgang had not much time to decide in he wants to join the KPR, he was influenced by the Propagande very early. Wolfgang watched the Kriegsherald every afternoon and went with his father to the cinema to watch the Wochenschau Wolfgang was only 13 years old when the Nomad War was about to break out, as the causes of the whole Propaganda became visible; Wolfgang told he must join the proud Rheinwehr forces, fighting for all the Rheinland civilians and the health of the house. He knew: Protecting the Vaterland and serve the government is the most honoring task in a life of a Rheinländer. Before he joined the battle, the Rheinwehr sent him to the flight Academy on Neu Berlin to improve his skills in the Rheinwehr Vessels.
The young Wolfgang survived the Nomad War due to many combat lessons he learned from his father. Wolfgang won many victorys at the end of the Nomad War although he was only 16 Years old. Wolfgang's friends soon called him Stahlbrecher. After the war was over, Wolfgang stayed in the Rheinwehr. He made himself a remindable name in the Rheinwehr, noone would ever forget him. Wolfgang was promoted to Gefreiter and kept fighting proudly for the Rheinwehr. He was badly injured during a Communist terrorist attack on a Sunny Spring day on Planet Stuttgart and needed some time to redeem himself not far away from there, on Baden-Baden. During his stay on Baden-Baden Wolfgang suffered a lot from Nightmares and moved to Planet Curacao to get some distance between him and Stuttgart . But after the War with Liberty broke out Wolfgang was brought back to Stuttgart where he finally was able to recover completely. Wolfgang returned to the Rheinwehr just after the attack on Fulda station. He started his training, a basic and advanced training on capital ships as a reaction to the events. He flew as part of the Crew on a "Tirpitz" Klasse Kreuzer. Now he is most of the time seen in his Wraith, trying to push the Kusarians back from Planet Saigon. Now, in April 826 A.S., Wolfgang was ordered to Kampfgruppe Vallentorm under direct command of Konteradmiral von Ehrenberg.
Due to his great engagement in the recent diplomatic acts with the von Albrecht family and the Unioners, as well as his honorable service at the front for the Vaterland, Wolfgang has been promoted to Konteradmiral in June 826 A.S.

- Wolfgang was ambushed by the Rheinland Communist Party, during a public announcement on Planet Stuttgart.
- Wolfgang is full of energy and some times overshoots the mark, but he is a reliable and loyal pilot of the RM.
