The fraction was found by a group of Ex-Order who was stationed on Freeport 9 shortly after the Nomad war during times of the House Steiner were regrowing their nation since the Nomad war ended and was handed, to a Freelancer, named Jessie Garrison who was Frozen and studied on Planet Toledo during the war, that was safety taken to Freeport 9, during the invasion of the Nomad homwe-world year and a few months later after war ended.

Jessie Garrison began to reconnect his mind to his given ship from the Agents, the at the time, Hawk to fly around and make name for himself and get known around the solar system while was asked to protect when he refound Trent and keep a close eye on him since Order last spoke to him and lost contract to him since in secret and not rise suspicions within either Trent or the Liberty Republic knowing, when returns to Liberty from where he once was born and was Risen is still yet Unknown.

Been nearly eight years since Jessie was Last spoken of, till he heard from the Order began to regrow fast and stronger then before when he was left to his own life, within liberty once more. Expect He began to grow his trust with the Liberty Lawful and ignore his job and toke the fraction under his full new power as much he can. He tried his best to show no interaction connections with the Order since they were his saviour since he was assumed dead but was MIA to Liberty originally when he was out in the Omicrons and was shocked he was still alive since his disappearance nearly a decade ago.

Been a full decade since he was spoken of and he been everywhere from Liberty, to Bretonia to Rheinland , to Kusari and recently heard of house, Gallic and all places in between. He began to show himself and began to feel lonely and knows he can't live forever, so he began to send out filers around the solar system about his fraction is for and why they exist, he went missing for sometime and wasn't seen or heard from for some time till hours later came back different and shown no different then in his head he began to feel different as he began to show interest and caring for the Nomad Vagrants when they returned and still keep his respect for the Liberty at same time yet in secret of each other and the Order , who in which he beginning to betray due to they done to the Nomads during the war.
