Rheinland "Flametongue" Mk I Plasma Cannon

The Flametongue Mk I was developed by Daumann Heavy Construction, and is now sold primarily to Rheinland corporate and private security interests. This plasma-based weapon has a slow refire, but exchanges damage output for energy efficiency. This model has been designed specifically to be mounted on Light Fighter-class ships. It is most effective against graviton shields and weakest against molecular shields.
