The SVD-2 is one of the most recent developments of engineers claiming to work for a resurgent Coalition. This pulse weapon is a fast-firing weapon, capable of downing shields on even the heaviest ships in a matter of seconds. The Dragunov Series is believed to be developed from a mixture of home-grown Coalition and Civilian weaponry, although the weapon's speed has undergone a small modification, in order to render it incompatible with Alliance-made armaments. This is the best Pulse Cannon the Coalition has to offer.
