Background
An Angel (equivalent of general) within Reapers of Sirius serving in capacity as second in command. Commander of Devil Wings squadron and captain of Ranseur RBS Valhalla. Born on Crete, raised by Corsair, became loosely affilated to Zoners freelancer upon reaching age of 18. Notable resident of planet Gran Canaria, signed up for Reapers in dawn of Volkhan during early stages of SCRA civil war.
On the run
Living in dangerous edge space, Kate made her living from escorting trade convoys though mostly Omega sector. Excelent knowledge of those systems allowed her to survive lots of battles, even through she is not a bad combat pilot herself. In the beggining life was 'easy' even with lots of threats around; such as rampart piracy and conflicts ravaging sector. Corsair warlords were taking everything they desired and could get away with (or not) but really ominous times came with fall of Zoner Alliance and Omicron Theta incident. During collapse of Zoner Trade Consortium, Kate saw a lot of battles, including Battle of Omega-3 where she encountered Reapers of Sirius for the first time unaware yet she will join them. Back in Omicron Theta instead of taking arms together with many independents in brief but extremely bloody conflict that left several members of the ressistance dead, she left towards deeper Omicron systems in hopes to run away. War followed with Core - highly organised PMC, part of BHG - issued ultimatum to all Zoners, using instability of the region. Several skirmishes began over Freeport 11 between Corsairs, Core and Order. Terrified by now entire region engulfed by war, Kate in haste took refuge within backwater Omega-50 system convinced that nothing bad can happen in this place. Here she found end of her problems in unexpected way - entire star system was silent battleground between two entities: Reapers of Sirius and SCRA under new brutal dictatorship - Volkhan . Realizing that running always is no longer an option, Kate took the war to her former oppressors
Fallen Angel
In secret from occupying Coalition forces, Kate sent message to Reapers of Sirius recruitment centrale, receiving favorable respond. Using the fact she was still civilian, Kate managed to make her way to Boa Vista Station in relative safety. Under so called Zoner neutrality, Reapers set command post to co-ordinate military efforts within the system. Quickly scrambled into first combat situation, Kate scored decisive shot at Storm class Coalition gunboat. Considered valuable and promising recruit, command assigned her to Fallen Angels squadron, name given first Reapers long time ago during Sol war. Centuries later, that name represented most elite frontline unit of Braillia colony - Reapers homeworld. Now under Lohingren Hikari command, Reapers granted Kate purpose and revenge she wanted. Within relatively short time, per Lohingren's direct order she became part of the new high command, in rank of Angel. Realizing she cannot progress any further, she volunteered for transfer to Devil Wings squadron - in effect becoming commanding officer further increasing her status within organisation. Callsign "Valkyrie" she adopted, meaning angelic figure governing death in ancient scandinavian mythology was suggested to her by at that time Reaper of equal rank, Christopher Dangen. Relationship between two generals quickly degraded after Dangen's departure and temporary dissapearance. Rest of command gained more trust and respect towards Kate, enabling her to hold executive power in fleet and granting Devil Wings their very own flagship - Ranseur class, battleship Valhalla.
Kate and other factions
Her diplomacy reflects more or less actual Reapers of Sirius agenda however she developed sophisticated vision of her own. She shows openly her disgust towards Corsair warlike leadership and hate to SCRA and their close allies upon studying Braillia's records on Fallen's Angels account. She does not trust Slomon K'Hara due to Nomad War of 800 A.S. and aggresive Das Wilde but is willing to talk in attempts to understand their motives and learn more about these species. The Order are nowhere close to top of her list however she was able to find some common ground. Still, there were Order agents that fell to her or Reapers under Kate's command in low scale skirmishes. She still remembers Core from her civiliian life and seeks revenge. Allthrough she was not able to put any significant effort to damage their operations in Sirius, she lusts revenge that is counteracted only by her discipline.

- Her stance on Nomad entity makes few Reapers, mostly Maltesan, question some of her orders and directives.
- It is known she used to have some connection to Nomads but nature of it remains unclear. Valkyrie used to know Kate Miller.
- While it is not uncommon for Reapers to come from higher ranks of other factions or having high positioned families, there are doubts on her potential past or present connections to The Order. So far Kate rejected any link, putting Braillian matters at top.

One of few Reaper capital ships in existence, Valhalla is fully capable warship serving in its full capacity. In difference to Outcast original blueprints, this vessel life support is not filled with cardamine and due to limited Reaper personnel, lowered crew requirements thanks to automatization. Valhalla and Ranseur alike have two spacious hangar bays and powerful available array of weaponry dispatching with ease any possible opponents. Specific batteries are suited to obliterate heavy targets on optimally close and point blank range.
