The Crayter Republic was once just called "Colonial Republic" but got renamed to Crayter Republic later. In this wiki is colonial still in use. The Crayter Republic has two factions: "Crayter Military" (CM) and "Crayter Republic" (CR). The civilian faction is shown as "Bretonia Police Guard" and the military as "colonial republic" on Space Navmap.

Synopsis

Info

The Colonials are descended from a group of human colonists who left the Solar System prior to the war between the Alliance and the Coalition in then experimental sleeper ship prototypes. Forced to abandon their initially colonised worlds due to a natural disaster, they made their way to Sirius and ultimately settled in the remote Tau systems. Possessing a sizeable military and economy, they have since became one of the most serious threats to Outcast smuggling operations in the area as well as one of Bretonia's competitors for influence in the resource rich Tau border worlds.

Later on, sometime within 818 A.S. Gallia breaks through into Sirius and begins attacking Bretonia, Kusari and also the Colonial Republic, who stand strong against them in the Tau systems. Because of this, the Republic is forced to retreat, as they find a new home within the system of Coronado, on the planet Pecos that they share with the Independent Miners Guild.

Currently, the Colonials are working to rebuild their nation, as well as they are fighting side by side with Bretonia against the Gallic invasion. Even so, they also keep a close watch over the pirate activity, making sure no such thing passes unpunished under their guard. Also, their relation to the IMG is kept secret from Gallia.
