Fort Severn was originally constructed by the Liberty Navy to resupply Navy and Police patrols operating in Ontario. However, when piracy continued to be on the rise, the Navy stationed Battleship Ottawa near Toronto, which left Severn solely in the hands of the Liberty Police Inc. (LPI), and mostly empty. Capitalizing on this, the LPI has struck a deal with Deep Space Engineering (DSE) and the Liberty Government, allowing the use of Fort Severn for the sale of Military Vehicles to authorised clients. These are not being produced on Fort Severn itself - their production location is undisclosed, but rumored to be on Pittsburgh.
