Titanium is a common metal with a wide range of applications. On its own, Titanium is hightly resistan to corrosion, which has numerous advantages in chemical indistries. When alloyed with other metals, the result is a good-quality alloy with a high tensile strength. Adding Titanium to Aluminium produces standard Basic Alloy, which is in high demand throughout the colonies. A secondary application of this element is in the form of Titanium Dioxide, a bright white pigment used to color a wide range of consumer products.
