The Maquis are a terrorist faction which broke away from the Council, who want to overthrow the Gallic monarchy. They often attack civilian targets. They are allied with the Council.

Pilot carrying this unlawful ID is a member of the Maquis, who:

• - Can attack any Gallic Lawful ships within their Zone of Influence. Can treat transports as combat targets.

• - Can demand cargo from any ship within their Zone of Influence.

• - Cannot ally with any lawfuls, except against Gallic lawfuls.

• - Cannot use any transport with more than 4,300 cargo except for the l'Ane and Vache.

Zone of Influence: Gallia, Gallic Borderworlds, Taus, New London, Edinburgh
