Good day.

Just dropping in a report on various activities conducted by myself and my teammates.

Recorded successful extortions/explosions:

Lina.Are - Carrying 4,980 boron. Extorted for 2.5 million credits.
[*USI*]Ontario - Carrying 4,480 prometheum. Was destroyed after a cloaking attempt, all prometheum was retrieved and sold for a very nice profit.
[Convoy].Jenny_Radford - Carrying 2000+some refugees. Was destroyed after attempting to flee.
[Convoy].Mighty_Wing - Carrying 2000+some refugees. Was destroyed after attempting to flee.

I also was involved in a combat scenario. After relentlessly pursuing [*USI*]Ontario, I was set on by two pilots: Lix.Tetrax and Sgt.BZ-Defender. I engaged them while Mr. Largo was en route in a Sabre. I had managed to reduce the LPI guardian to about half of his nanobots and shield batteries, when Mr. Largo showed up. After a few more minutes of combat, a Bounty Hunter Orca showed up. The Navy Guardian asked the Orca for assistance against my Scimitar! At this point, Mr. Paco and Mr. Clay joined in the fight. Oliver.Stockton went down.

In summary, a total victory for the Hackers, as we took no casualties, and destroyed a Bounty Hunter Orca, a Police Guardian, and a Universal civilian bomber. I also completed my first Cardamine/Slave run with Mr. Largo. I used the Lawsuit.Impending. Our route to Omicron Alpha was:

Pennsylvania -> California -> Cortez -> Coronado -> Baffin -> Tau-29 -> Tau-23 -> Tau-37 -> Omicron Alpha

Our return trip:

Omicron Alpha -> Tau-37 -> Tau-23 -> Kyushu -> New Tokyo -> Shikoku -> Kepler -> Colorado -> New York

Interesting encounter. A Junker Salvage Frigate by the name of Aksel said "stop" and immediately shot me with a battle razor.

I made him regret it.

A bit later, I happened upon a madam named "Maddy". Just an ordinary cardamine smuggler. I asked for 500 units for Mactan base, and she was more than happy to comply. I then delivered the cardamine.

I also had another strange encounter. A Kusari transport filled with neon, I demanded two million credits. He decided to stay silent and tried to run, so I reduced him to the molecular level. Then some automated message started broadcasting at me in some weird tongue...

I didn't know if it was a language or a machine code for a virus, so I ignored it.

Good evening. Today was... full of Irony. Where should I start ?
Paco, Largo, Murik and me were out for some space action when a trio of Gunboats tried to extort us.
Ironic isn't it ? Especially when they refuse to apologize afterwards... Twice.

A few minutes later, Largo managed to catch an Ageira-class flunky Mk 8, fully equipped and upgraded with the best armor available. Or should I say, the best armors.

The lapdog was ruthlessly extorted, attacked, and told to live to pay the repair bill for his crippled ship.

And to conclude the day, we decided it was appropriate to go on a smuggling run.
But guess who we encountered on our way to Alpha ?
That's right, the 3 gunboats we blew up earlier. They were so slow to react we easily got away. How Ironic.

To all Lane Hackers of Hacker level proficiency:

After considerable deliberation and planning, it has been decided to establish two new Professorships.
These two Professorship positions are open to applicants who have already attained the proficiency level of Hacker as of the time of this message. Applicants will be evaluated according to a competitive process.

The first new Professor will be given responsibility over all new Lane Hacker indoctrinations, and will be responsible for record keeping until each new Lane Hacker is promoted to Technician.

The second new Professor will be responsible for promotions and record keeping for Technicians, Specialists, and Hackers.

In addition, all Professors share in strategic decision making and resolving diplomatic issues.

Each applicant will be assigned a mission to be completed within 7 days of the assignment. Missions will enable applicants to demonstrate their leadership skills, creativity, and thorough understanding of Lane Hacker protocols in a challenging and constantly evolving competitive process. Opposition from hostile forces may be expected.

Hackers who are interested in applying for a Professorship should send a private communication to Professor Moriarty stating their interest. Applicants should make their interest known by March 29.

All missions are "eyes only" for applicants, and should not be discussed with anyone other than Lane Hacker Professors. After evaluation of all submitted mission reports, select reports may be included in the Lane Hacker Mission Archives.

The following pilots were heavily disgruntled to the level of humiliation. Mr.Largo and me had some "fun" in New York system extorting the non extorted rich flunkies and their lapdogs in a very disturbing manner for them. But not everyone gets to be that lucky to only lose credits, but some are harshly placed into their pods, assuming they did came to their pods in time and assuming they had a pod installed in first place due the greedy manners of their corrupted rich corporate slaver, otherwise commonly called as "boss".

The best part of our little shenanigan was an interspace vessel ironically named Grab it.

Grabbed it.

In a closed society where everybody's guilty, the only crime is getting caught. In a world of thieves, the only final sin is stupidity. I am out there, extracting the valuable information from the lanes.

Even if I missed April Fools day, I caught couple of fools this April. The following victims did live up to see one of the biggest magic tricks ever preformed. The trick in question is subtlety called : "Your cargo disappeared cause I pointed a gun to your head". I'm sure Ageira and Interspace are biggest fans of that sort of sorcery.

Ageira captain was quite pleasant, due to his poor vocabulary I didn't even understand his vile attempt of insulting my persona, but I did enjoy the fact he probably lost nice amount of hair explaining what happened to his cargo.

But Interspace lackey thought he can get away with his cargo, but decompressing his hull made him change his mind. But I can guarantee he loved the trick I pulled on him, I suggest doing it more often to this particular captain.
