It seems the QCP are more active in Tau-23 lately, than in Kusari. Something's wrong is with these guys, I can tell you that. I found one Gunboat near the construction site and burned him for you.

Also, a cardamine smuggler on his slaver liner was found in Tau-29 and was also destroyed along with it's lethal drug.
