Mr. Randall,

Someone with a name to address instead of a designation, what a refreshing surprise. I see the resort break treated you nicely, three Corsairs down. Although the first hasn't made enough of a name for himself to be worth the full amount, I ended up including it anyway. I could blame it on the system, but keep the extra as a "welcome back" present.

I was waiting for this, as I'm sure you'll have noticed my own antimatter pounding away at this "Toombs". As you should know, we do not have a bounty on Outcasts in the Omegas - they are so few and far between that they are easily dealt with by our own forces in the area. Again, you will have noticed the presence of three pilots there.

Perhaps Administrator John-Kane would be willing to offer you payment, I believe it was her who called you in?
