Pilot carrying this ID is a Zoner, who :
1. Can attack lawful and unlawfull targets in self-defense, to protect an other traider, or in defense of a Zoner Base.
2. Can trade and escort traiders.
3. Cannot dock gunboats, cruisers, battleships, or transports with more than 3,500 cargo within House Spaces, expect on IMG and Zoner bases.
4. Cannot engage in piracy or fulfill bounty contracts.
