Designed by the Liberty Rogues, the Pirate Transport is one of the few transport-class vessels available for unlawful population of Sirius. This ship is too distincitive to be used for smuggling in areas heavily patrolled by police and military. However, the Transport is great choice for smugglers carrying goods from one pirate base to another using dangerous and lengthy routes. Heavy armor and advanced equipment come in handy if the ship is threatened by hostile pirates and bounty hunters alike.
Handling
- This ship is too large to use docking bays, it must use mooring points.

Review (4.85)
The pirate transport truly is a rugged piece of art to fly. You could guess it's flown by pirates from a mile away which is good for sexiness but not for subtlety. It has a decent maneuverability for it's size; it is after all a transport and you expect some weight behind the wheel. However the Liberty Rogues have been generous with the handling, allowing it to outmaneuver a lot of its larger prey. Some of this maneuverability goes into it's capability to pass through the shadows undetected when smuggling and to beat a hasty retreat when discovered. I've flown this thing through Alaska a number of times, even being caught on the odd occasion, only to leave Navy and LSF operatives in a cloud of exhaust fumes while I wove goodbye on my way to Buffalo. Being built by the rogues, it was meant for the rogues, but luckily those scallywags from Liberty have been kind enough to lend it to some of their friendlier allies for 42 million credits. So pretty much anyone affiliated with the Outcasts can fly it within reasonable roleplay, if you can see past the rogue emblems painted on all sides. From the front, it's sexy, the back, sexy, the side, sexy, in fact there’s probably not an angle on this thing that doesn't come across as remotely attractive enough for you to run over and hump the landing gear. The firepower is equally as good with nine Class 7 Turrets for you to mix and match like a pick 'n mix. This in turn gives it incredible firepower against the smaller prey that should stumble upon it. With nine turrets strapped onto it, it can bring down an Adv.Transport shield in seconds. But depending on how dense the prey is will determine weather you will get the cargo you want or end up as a smear on the side of the nearest station. A hefty cargo hold of 2900 has miraculously been fitted into this thing allowing the Pirate transport to tractor in shipments valuable commodities and go back for seconds.
