When you have a player base and you want your base to be supplied. You can ask Master Yashida, the only thing Master needs is: location of the base, Affliation, sort of goods and the payment.
The company only allies with lawfull corporations or even law enforcers with the exception of the Bretonia law enforcers.

So now the cooperative mining brotherhood is officially part of the great Yashida Holding.
The Holding has now got an mining department, for some extra money but also for more influence in the tau , omega and sigma systems.
