Ironically labelled a 'civilian' bomber by its Libertonian designers, who also developed such classics as the 'Eagle' Fighter, there is little civil about this piece of kit.
This ship is now being used by various civilian corporations that find themselves being pirated by Gunboats and similar, who purchase this ship from construction yards or build it themselves after acquiring the rights to its patent. Also of note is the rather large amount of these ships found in the possession of criminal organisations such as the Xenos in Liberty and the Golden Chrysanthemums in Kusari space.
This may indicate that these groups are able to cannibalise the hulls of their Eagles and modify them to make them into bombers, or that they have more financial support for their military machines than lawmen would have previously imagined.
Seen all over Sirius, in the hands of corporations, criminals, Zoners and Freelancers, this bomber is a versatile piece of equipment, handy for those that all-too-often find themselves on the wrong end of big guns.

Review
Being one of the most agile Bombers, Roc sacrifices notable amount of hull and powerplant, but in return, turns into a deadly ship in experienced hands. With ability to fire a SNAC every ~10 seconds, this ship is at standard performance level compared to other Bombers, and thanks to its agility, it can bring down both less experienced Fighters as well as less experienced Gunboat pilots. Only problem with this ship is, 4 forward firing guns being spread all over the two wings, makes this ship less accurate than ships like Waran or Bounty Hunter Bomber, but on the other hand, being an unaffiliated ship, Roc is one of the best choices for independent pilots who prefer Bombers over Fighters. Roc is the most used Bomber in the game. Being Sirius-wide Civilian, Light Bomber, and the model being quite beautiful, almost any faction that doesn't have their own bomber uses Roc. It's Freelancers' common choice aswell, lawful or unlawful. The ship itself is known for 1 thing: agility. Although not as agile as a Nomad Bomber it's still one of the most agile bombers, but excells only in that. The guns and snac placement is really poor, both are spread out on wings. Armor is very good for a Light Bomber, and size is okay. All in all, the jack-of-all-trades bomber.
Pros: Agility, Availability, Armor
Cons: Guns placement, Snac placement
