As mentioned in the description, Blood Diamonds are produced exclusively by the [[Red Hessians]], which has made them contraband in lawful areas of [[Rheinland]]. This also makes them contraband to [[Corsairs]], being bitter enemies of the Hessians. Due to the specific nature of the conflicts, however, none of the other houses (except Liberty) consider them contraband.
