Like other top-tier Civilian ships, the Bomber was developed by the Zoners who are famed for their ship building skills. While being bulky and less agile than other bombers, the Civilian Bomber compensates its drawbacks with strong hull, extended cargo bay, and unmatched reliability of the power array.

Roc is the most used Bomber in the game. Being Sirius-wide Civilian, Light Bomber, and the model being quite beautiful, almost any faction that doesn't have their own bomber uses Roc. It's Freelancers' common choice aswell, lawful or unlawful. The ship itself is known for 1 thing: agility. Although not as agile as a Nomad Bomber it's still one of the most agile bombers, but excells only in that. The guns and snac placement is really poor, both are spread out on wings. Armor is very good for a Light Bomber, and size is okay. All in all, the jack-of-all-trades bomber.
