Finally, some good news. I always found it both funny and sad when factions and their leaders didn't have enough backbone to reply to their feedback threads.
Its not so much this, as it was just us trying to avoid an un-needed drama landslide at the time, which I hope you can understand at least.
Edit: To provide an explanation, it was locked to avoid an escalation of problems during the whole Freeport Core attack thing. There were problems already going on, on skype, so we asked for a lock to avoid dragging it to the forums, and worse, causing needless forum based drama. While thats not us avoiding feedback, it was an attempt to stop a rise of unneeded problems at that time.

Telling to solve it in a "civil" (which I doubt it's more civil than on the forums) via PM or Skype is not the answer. Feedback threads are for this. It's like you're asking only for positive or neutral feedback and no hostile ones. As such I second this:

If you honestly want, I can have some of our guys Rp with Outcasts. Well let me correct myself, seeing as some Order| players have and some still cause some... minor issues. If you are willing to RP with Order| players who are online, feel free to send them a PM ingame, on skype or to a HC guy and we'll get some guys on, I know there are plenty in the chat looking for good interactions, rather than getting shot out the sky.
With what happened last night Divine, was an RP interaction but the reason the player fled was after he got shot 2-3 times without a prior notice, he ran thinking that the D9 and 101st were about to kill him, so he took some distance to avoid such but kept RPing (I spoke with him personally after words.) However there are still those few that are willing to RP with the Outcast players, as said, just ask and we'll see what we can do.
