Review (4.85) The heaviest of the Royal Navy's fighters, it still manages to fly with agility, its strafing capabilities outmatch many other ships of its class. The ship can also do a 360° turn in 4 seconds, more than any other VHF.In the hands of a powerfull fighter it can be turned into a devestating, lethal weapon. Review (4.85) This is, in my opinion, the best VHF in the game. It has the power to survive almost any encounter while dealing an enormous amount of fire-power. The Lynx has a turn-rate similar to an average HF. I have killed up-to 12 NPC VHFs at once with this ship; and when you're exploring, its agility combined with its strafing capabilities means that you can also live to give central command any intelligence you've learnt. Review The main fighter of the Royal Navy has the second place of all VHF I have ever used. It is agile, well armoured (but not perfect), the core is fine and it turns almost like a Kusari HV(!). I prefer the gameplay of more armor and more core to that, so the Wraith keeps it top position on my list. The Lynx is the perfect figther between huge size with massiv output and small size with a nice agility without being a stupid allrounder. The Templar has no chance, if the Gallic pilot plays well. Pros: Everything Cons: Nothing big - maybe the weapons on the wing's end. Review (4.86) The Lynx used to be pretty overpowered, being one of the fastest, most durable, and having some of the most firepower of all of the fighters in the game, with a thin frame. It's been balanced out, now. It's still got the great hull and thin frame, it has 6 forward-firing guns, but its maneuverability has been reduced significantly. It is now one of the slower fighters, although it still turns quickly enough for its size, and is an effective fighter. Not to mention how pleasing the blue engines can be to watch.
