After much deliberation we have decided to grant you permission to build FortiSec HQ and allow it within 10k of Fortitudine. In all other ways FortiSec HQ must comply to all other Bretonian Laws regarding Bases.
As for request to build in Dublin this has also been approved but we cannot guarantee, with the War situation as it is, that Bretonian Forces will be on hand, at all times, to protect your people.
Once we have received the outstanding payments your Bases will be registered.

Once permission has been granted, the owners of the structure may only place up to four platforms unless given special permission.

Dear Representatives of the Bretonian Police Authority,
first of all you have our sincere apologies for our delay. This matter is important enough that we had to inform and talk about with all our residents. As many families have been on their well-deserved holidays in the last few weeks we had to wait until they are back home and this conversation could be done yesterday...
Our Base-Admin told us he met one of your officers in front of our base. The friendly man told him that our station is not in the database for registered bases and our Admin assured him, that we will initiate the registration process soon.
=Z= Zoner Wings includes the said Colony and the Headquarters for our Enterprices. We do business with trading and storing goods and maintain a small production facility. so you can say that we all are working and living together on our base. As far as we know it is inhabited by different groups of Zoners in a similar way since many years now.
We bought the base and settled there a few months ago. Although moving there and starting our "new common life" we were asking the people who lived there before us about registration state of the station. I'm quite sure they thought they lived in an "independent" system and licensure therefore was never a thing for them...
Late least since the friendly visit of your officer it is a matter FOR US now. We want to live in peace and quiet and therefore we are interested in a friendly coexistence with the jurisdicting authorities and our fellows.
Hereby we register our base in accordance with Bretonian Charter of Interstellar Law (esp. Chpt. 5) and request for admission in the Approved-Bases-Database.
We already have tried to transfer the registration-fee to QGC|HMS-Endeavour, but it didn't work for some reason.
So PLEASE tell us, where to send the money!
We are now getting in contact with the Libertonian Gouvernment too for additional permissions.

We have thought long and hard over your request for legalisation of your Base, krcma. We have come to the decision that we will accept your request and add you to the Database but with some caveats.
1) That 50 Million Credits be transferred to either BPA)Gerald.King[CCD] or BPA)Rose.Eddings[CCD] as a fine for not registering it before it was built or when you acquired it.
2) Seeing as this System is jointly overseen buy Liberty and Bretonia that Liberty ratifies this agreement.
3) That the Base, in all respects, complies to Bretonian Charter of Interstellar Law, Chapter 5. Base Construction and Zoning, Sub-Sections 5.4 and 5.5
Once all of the caveats have been fulfilled we will put your Base to fully Legal. We will expect all of these to be completed within Four (4) Weeks of today's date.
