Pilot carrying this ID is a Freelancer Miner, who:

• 1. Can trade and escort traders.
• 2. Cannot participate in unlawful actions.
• 3. Can fire on other ships only in selfdefense, or in defense of a ship being escorted.
• 4. Cannot use any transports with more than 3,500 cargo

Allowed ships: Fighters, Freighters, Transports
