Right, I just got a communication about (A)utark vessels being roughed up. Let me make this clear- unless anyone has found glaring evidence to the contrary, (A)utarks are not affiliated with Rheinland. They have, as far as anyone can tell, done a great service to us in replicating Rheinland ships, which, since the entirety of Rheinland actually wants them dead, we can study to help prepare defenses against anything that should come our way.
DO NOT TREAT (A)utark AS HOSTILE. They can help us, don't push them away.

Subject: Harvesters refusing to drop Bretonian Pilots, and then being destroyed by me alone
Well, anyways, I spotted a Harvester, and, in it, Was Several Civilian and Bretonian Navy and Police Officers, when ordered to drop them, it refused, so me, and LNS-Vanguard proceeded to chase, we followed him all the way to Galileo, but I called the Vanguard off to help an LSF agent in trouble, so, I had to fight the Harvester, callsign 'Harvester 10' alone.
It was a grueling battle, me in my Lib GB, him in his Talacra Cruiser, but, I managed to come out on top after a while, and my ship is now repaired.
Everyone Doubted I could have taken the Harvester solo, but I did.
There was a myriad of other things going on, but we dealt with them all

Few minutes ago, there was a situation in the Manhattan orbit. A BH destroyer was scanned and it had 4
Xenos on board. He refused to drop them. After that he fired few shots at me, and after warned to stop
he started shoting at Manhattan, and later in open space, but still at only 500m above Manhattan surface.
He was warned multiple times to stop, but he refused. Since it is a destroyer there is not much we in the
LPI can do about it, so it is on the Southern Alliance or the LSF to deal with him.

A quiet day in Manhatten... upset by only a few casual lawbreakers.
i. Capt.Noobius scanned and found to be in possession of 2 x Nomad Energy Blaster. Subject relinquished weapons without struggle, however promply returned to claim his apparent 'right' as a Mercenary ID holder to destroy my ship and recover his weapons. The situation was resolved diplomatically.
ii. Cyborg scanned and found to be in possesion of multiple Nomad weapons, but a thorough examination could not be completed due to user disconnection on his part. Suggest the subject be searched by any lawful ships encountering him in the future.
iii. Mc scanned orbiting Planet Manhatten, and found to be in possession of 3393 units of Artifacts. Subject refused to relinquish them and was summarily fired upon; however he escaped to the mooring fixture and did not return.

Greetings high command. I have been operating within Liberty space from time to time lately, helping the SA, LSF, or any other individual that may need help.
Normally, it wasn't a problem.
Untill just recently, no one seemed bothered by the fact that I have a Kusari bomber, and accepted my help. The one that first inquired about my ship was one of the LPI, and seemed very annoyed by it.
I am asking why no one ever mentioned that all foreign ships were not allowed within Liberty. To my knowledge, only foreign capital ships are banned in Liberty, not fighters and bombers.
Also, I have a quick question: Why are foreign capital ships banned, when Bounty Hunter capital ships aren't?
I just want to clear up any troubles that I may have caused by operating in Liberty in a Kusari ship..
